This superb six bedroom family vacation home is located in a prime position in this prestigious gated resort commuity.Only minutes from the Disney attractions,shopping and restaurants this interior designed home caters for the whole family with delightful Disney themed childrens bedrooms and sports themed games room.The extra large south facing spa pool deck has an extended lanai and overlooks an extensive grassed area.

FORMAL LOUNGE & DINING
The front entrance lobby leads into the formal lounge and dining areas - ideal for those requiring some time out in luxurious surroundings.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST AREA
The large open plan fully equipped kitchen contains all the modern appliances needed including a large fridge freezer with ice maker.The adjacent breakfast/informal dining area has a large modern high table that seats six people.

FAMILY ROOM
The family living area which is open plan adjacent to the informal dining area has a full height ceiling and is overlooked from the upper floor landing balcony and loft area.The stunning decor, furnishings and 50" plasma TV create an ideal area in which to relax and watch cable TV and DVDs or play Wii games.

MASTER BEDROOM
The luxuriously appointed main master bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a large walkin wardrobe, ceiling fan, an imposing King size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player.
MASTER BATHROOM
The ensuite master bathroom has a vanity unit, oval bath and seperate shower and WC.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is well equipped with a full size washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Downstairs basin and WC.

GAMES ROOM
The garage has been transformed into a sports themed air conditioned games room with ceiling fans, a large screen TV, pool table and air hockey, plus a pub table and chairs.

UPSTAIRS

LOFT AREA
The loft area which is open plan with the large landing area at the top of the stairs is furnished with a study desk where guests can set up their laptop and take advantage of the free internet access. The 32" flatscreen TV in this area is connected to a Play Station 3 set up. Board games and puzzles are to be found in this area.

MASTER BEDROOM 2
The beautifully decorated second master bedroom has a large walkin wardrobe, ceiling fan, luxurious King size bed and flat screen TV.
MASTER BATHROOM 2
The decorative theme is carried through into the ensuite second master bathroom with vanity unit, tub, shower and WC.

BEDROOM 3
Stunningly decorated in contrasting colours this bedroom has a ceiling fan, large Queen size bed and cable TV.

BEDROOM 4
A spacious bedroom with full size twin beds, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.

BATHROOM 3
Shared bathroom services bedrooms 3 and 4 with vanity unit, tub, shower and WC.

BEDROOM 5
A stiking twin bedded Mickey Mouse themed bedroom with ceiling fan and flat screen TV with integral DVD player.

BEDROOM 6
This delightful room features an artist's mural painting of Tinkerbell behind the twin bedheads.This themed bedroom also has a Tinkerbell TV with DVD player.

BATHROOM 4
Shared bathroom services bathrooms 5 and 6 suitably themed with vanity unit, tub, shower and WC.

All bed linens and towels are provided.

BABY FACILITIES
These include a travel crib/cot with sheets if needed. A high chair and a stroller/pushchair are also provided.

POOL & SPA AREA
The extra large south facing pool deck/ patio has an extended lanai with three large ceiling fans with attatched lights. Beneath each fan is a table with four chairs enabling all guests to comfortably take advantage of a cool shaded area during the day or eat alfresco in the evening. There are also seven poolside sun loungers and a gas BBQ can be hired by the management company.The large pool can be heated if required as can the jacuzzi spill over tub. The complete pool deck area is screened and overlooks an extensive grassed area to the rear of the property.The pool has a removable safety fence for the protection of young children.

Emerald Island is a secure resort community located less than 3 miles from the Disney theme parks. It features a large clubhouse with 2 pools, spa, sauna, gym and 2 lighted tennis courts set in beautifully landscaped grounds. It also has childrens play areas and trails for walking, jogging and biking through the natural woodland setting.
It takes about 10/15 mins to get to the main Disney attractions and about 20 mins to get to Sea World and 25 mins to Universal Studios.
There are numerous restaurants and shopping malls within a short drive and there are over 30 golf courses in the area including 5 within Disney.

Our stay at Emerald Island Resort was absolutely perfect!! It was everything the website said and much more. On our arrival we noticed that two TVs in the kids bedroom were not working so when the representative dropped by I told him, he immediately fixed one and came back the next day with a new one for the other bedroom - just awesome service. The pool was was a welcome site after a day at the parks or shopping - the kids had just as much fun at home. When I look to book our next vacation I would love to stay in the same place - it was just the holiday we were looking for!! Thank you for everything.
