Windsor Hills is one of the most sought after communities in the Orlando area, and is one of the closest to the Disney Theme parks.

The community is gated, with 24 hour, manned gate house. You will be allocated a pass when you first arrive, and show your photo ID, and this will be required everytime you enter the resort. Security is premium here.

The community also boasts some of the finest facilities around, including a clubhouse with a games room, gym and 100 seat cinema. There is also a huge lagoon style heated swimming pool and a seperate large hot tub, and numerous slides. There is table tennis, basket ball courts, volley ball, and much more. There is even a community shop.

Facilities
A massive true south facing pool and Jacuzzi spa, direcly off the
kitchen - Imagine floating around in the pool with a drink from the
refridgerator as you wait for your steaks to grill .... and
there’s no need to worry about insects bothering you because the
whole area is protected by a screen. Young children are kept from
wandering into the pool by a child safety fence.
The extended deck gives all your party room to sunbathe and those
who want to sit and read under the covered area can make themselves
comfortable.

The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort so you set the
temperature to suit you, the tiled floors keeping you cool too.

Wireless Internet so take your laptop and surf by the pool!

The home is beautifully furnished with two sofas arranged in an L
shape making the movies a really comfortable experience for a
large audience. The lure of the night-lit jacuzzi tempts away those
more interested in star gazing in the Florida sky.
There are two separate dining areas, one situated by the pool
entrance.
The large kitchen has all you'll ever want with a hob, oven,
microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, iron & board, toaster,
kettle, coffee maker, food processor, juicer, liquidiser, Don't feel
you have to, but there is no need to take your clothes home dirty -
we have a washer and tumble dryer ready for you to use.

Master Suite

The master suite is Huge. It has a King Size bed, cable TV and,
alarm clock radio and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has a massive
walk-in shower, separate toilet, and a big relaxing bath tub.

Similarly the second Master Suite has a King Size bed,
alarm clock radio, cable TV and a chair with bathroom ensuite.

Pool Area and Spa / Jacuzzi

The house offers a huge pool area, containing a massive 30' by 15'
pool and big raised hot spa / jacuzzi. We have extended the decking
so there is plenty of space for your group to relax on our
comfortable chairs and sun loungers. The pool area is immediately
adjacent to the kitchen that makes it a great place to cook and eat as
well as to relax and soak up the sun.
All the rooms are spacious allowing several families to have their
own space. Other amenities:

Summary
This home is a huge 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with a true south
facing pool and jacuzzi. It has a large sun deck and lania, perfect

There are two lounge areas, a formal dining area, as well as a
breakfast room, and also a well equipped kitchen.

There is one double bedroom downstairs, and two master bedrooms
upstairs. There is one further double and two twin rooms upstairs.
