Our 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Villa is furnished to a very high standard and provides comfortable, spacious accommodation.
Bass Lake Estates [ off the US 192, between Markers 14 & 15 ] is a small community and is situated in what can only be described as one of the most convenient locations in Central Florida.
Its sweeping entrance combined with lake access, lush landscaping and natural conservation area provides the perfect peaceful setting for your holiday.
The location is further enhanced by the children’s recreation area and BBQ area available to guests.

A Fantastic villa and beautiful pool. We are a family of 6 who loved the pool most of all. This is our second time to Florida but our first time in the villa, it’s definitely got the WOW factor.

We had 3 weeks in this villa, had a good time and the villa was very clean.

These 2 reception rooms provide spacious accommodation for 2 families if required.

KITCHEN: Fully fitted with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and fridge-freezer with ice-maker. The kitchen also has access to the double garage and utility room.

DINING AREA: seats 8, including a breakfast bar.

UTILITY ROOM: has a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and washing line.

PRIVATE SUNDRENCHED POOL: Fully screened, totally unoverlooked at the rear and is complimented by luxury pool side furniture, ideal for chilling out after a long day at the theme parks.
The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Gas BBQ on pool deck.

Our villa is looked after and kept to a very high standard by our locally based management company. They are both friendly and efficient.
All luxury quality bed linen and towels are provided.
Accessibility: The property is all on one level
Changeover day is flexible.
The property is available after 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

LOCATION
The Villa is only 15 minutes from Disney Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Sea World and close to other Orlando Major Theme Parks such as Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Centre and Great Shopping.

WALKING DISTANCE TO: 24hour Supermarket, Shops, Local Nightlife, Medieval Times Dinner Show, Mini Golf, Restaurants, Bars and Bus Service to the Major Theme Parks and shopping malls if you prefer not to drive. The US 192 has recently undergone improvements [beautification], incorporating new planting, landscaping and pleasant walkways and cycle paths.
Beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.
Sanford and Orlando International Airports are easily located by major roads, only 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 1 hour from Sanford Airport.

Its location also provides easy access to the Florida Turnpike and the Interstate 4 making travel to all parts of Florida very convenient.

Community Information

Bass Lakes. Located just off HWY192 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Bass Lakes is the ideal place to stay for your dream holiday to Orlando Florida. Close to shops and restaurant and many attractions like mini golf, helicopter rides and the famous Kissimmee Old town. Bass Lake Estates is on a quiet road within walking distance of the Wal-Mart Superstore, and right next door to the Osceola County Pioneer Center.

This small select community set among orange groves is located on an attractive and reputedly well-stocked fishing lake, which has a wooded conservation area as its backdrop. There is a small wooden fishing deck built next to a barbecue area and a small children's playground. Bass Lake's sweeping entrance combined with lake access, lush landscaping and natural conservation areas provide an ideal setting for those of you looking for a tranquil, countryside setting.
