This is an ideal location for your holiday. This Superb villa will sleep up to 16 people and yet provides plenty of space. It has all the facilities you will need for a great vacation as well as being situated about 15 minutes drive from the entrance to Disney World.

THE POOL
Relax and enjoy our large 30’ x 15’ south facing pool. There is optional heating to maintain the temperature at approximately 84 degrees. Enjoy the integrated, raised massive 8 person Hot Tub/Jacuzzi at 100 degrees. New Lanai installed for some shade and new pool furniture.

THE VILLA
Our executive style villa is furnished to a high standard with full air conditioning for your comfort. The ground floor has just been tiled throughout. Furthermore this villa includes 9 TV’s Including a new 60" LED HDMI - with a much clearer picture than the larger back screen TVs in other Villas, DVDs, X Box 360 Konnect. Nintendo Wii, PS2, Stereo, and a large furnished Games Room. Also wireless internet broadband. Bring your lap top.

GROUND FLOOR
FAMILY ROOM - A large south facing room, opening onto the pool with NEW HDMI 60" LED HDMI TV, 1200w Home cinema surround sound DVD with IPOD and CD playing available. Seating on comfotable sofas, includes a double sofa bed.
BREAKFAST DINING AREA - At the end of the Family room, agreat place to eat your breakfast and view the pool and the lake.
LARGE KITCHEN – Fully equipped including a fridge freezer with Ice Maker. Gas Oven, Dishwasher, George Foreman Grill, Microwave. From the kitchen you have access to two dining areas.

LARGE FORMAL DINING ROOM - Seating at least 8 people.

TWO GROUND FLOOR DOUBLE BEDROOMS one with a Queen sized bed 32" HDMI TV with DVD and the other with a double bed 24" LED HDMI TV with DVD and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
A further separate ground floor bathroom is also provided.
GAMES ROOM – Newly painted with a variety of games including Airhockey Pool Table and Table soccer and CD player
UTILITY AREA – with washer and drying facilities.

UPPER FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM – King sized bed, 32" HDMI TV and DVD player, with large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a bath.

FOUR MORE BEDROOMS – 1 with double bed, three with twin beds, all with HDMI Flat screen TV’s and DVD's.

FAMILY BATHROOM

LARGE LANDING / LOFT ARE with sitting area with comfortable leather sofar, 50" HDMI PLasma TV gives great gaming experience with choice of Nintendo Wii, X Box 360 Konnect, PS2 some games provided but best to bring your own
