The Villa was built in May 2004, and was featured on ITV's "I WANT THAT HOUSE" and then again on "I WANT THAT HOUSE REVISITED"

The Villa has two Master Suites, which are similar in size, and 2 further bedrooms making it ideal for 2 families.
Private, heated, screened SOUTH facing (28ft x 14ft) pool so even during the winter months you get sun on the pool area all day. Here, you can relax after your busy day and watch the sunset. Alternatively take time out and spend the day around the pool (the kids love it, so will you!), which gets the sun from early morning until evening.
The villa is located on Highway 27, just off Interstate 4, 12 minutes from Disney Maingate, 18 minutes from Sea World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. There are many Championship golf courses within a few minutes drive.
Shops, Restaurants and other amenities are all close by.

There is a Living room, a Family room(2nd living room) Dining room, and Kitchen which are all open plan, making it light, cool and spacious.
MASTER SUITE 1 - Queen bed, Cable TV, DVD, Clock radio, it overlooks pool area, and has door leading to lanai, en-suite bathroom has tub bath, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and hairdryer.
MASTER SUITE 2 - Queen bed, Cable TV,DVD, Clock radio & walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom has tub bath, shower, hairdryer, and door leading to lanai.
BEDROOMS 3 & 4 - Both bedrooms are the same size, each have two single beds and built-in wardrobes, bedroom 3 has Cable TV. They share a third bathroom with WC and bath with overhead shower, hair dryer.
Highchair, cot and baby monitor are provided. (UK monitors do not work in the US.)
DINING ROOM & KITCHEN - The kitchen Features a breakfast bar, which conveniently overlooks the dining room and family room. It is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, icemaker, toaster, coffee maker and waste disposal. From here you also have access to the laundry room which is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
LIVING ROOM - The luxuriously furnished living room is located at the front of the house and is ideal for those wanting to escape from the Florida sunshine and relax in peace and quiet.
FAMILY ROOM - Features sliding doors, leading to lanai and pool area. In the Family room you will find 2 sofas, Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, Playstation 2 and music system.
GAMES ROOM -The Games room has a a 7ft Pool Table, an Air Hockey table and Electronic Darts Board, there is also a ceiling fan, free standing fan, table and chairs.
POOL AREA - There is patio furniture and sun loungers. Removable pool fencing is provided for your children's safety. This can be stored away if not required, but will give peace of mind for families with young children playing in the pool area.
Bed Linen and towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels.
This is a non-smoking Villa, but smoking is permitted in pool area.
