Windsor Hills is a new private gated community with resort style amenities which include a clubhouse; large outdoor swimming pool complex complete with sandy beach and water slides; separate toddler pool and spa; sundry shop; exercise facilities; games room; basketball, volleyball and tennis courts; BBQ/picnic area and a children's playzone to name but a few! All the facilities of Windsor Hills Clubhouse and resort are at your fingertips while on vacation. Everything you could possibly want has been provided - all at no extra cost! Our stunning six-bedroom southern style villa is brand new for the 2006 season; it has numerous upgrades and is professionally furnished and equipped to a very high standard. All our homes are professionally maintained and looked after by our management team, and come complete with linens, towels, washer and drier, all utilities, cots and high chairs and local phone calls - all part of the cost. This luxurious villa has its own private screened pool with spa and is fully equipped with pool loungers, outside furniture for alfresco dining and bbq facilities.
•Bedrooms - Both master suites are situated on the upstairs floor. They have king size beds, TVs VCRs and DVDs. The main master suite has a large walk in closet, fully tiled bathroom and a roman tub; separate shower enclosure and twin washbasins. There are 2 queen bedded rooms (one of which can use the downstairs bathroom for an ensuite, making 3.) And there are 2 twin bedded rooms, one themed just for the kids. There are a further two family bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with their own television, and hair dryers. There is also a crib, highchair and stroller for your free use should you have infants.
•Dining Room - formal dining area with seating for 8.
•Family Room Living Area - This spacious comfortable living area is equipped with 61" TV with Theatre Surround Sound System with Multiple Channels - great for the movie feel, cable television and DVD. There is also a second living area to relax after dinner.
•Kitchen - Fully fitted luxury kitchen with a breakfast bar, lots of cupboard space and counter work surfaces, complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooking range. Other equipment includes microwave, electric coffee maker and toaster. There are ample cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glassware including plastic glassware for use around the pool.
•A breakfast nook area adjoins the kitchen with table and seating for six.
•General - Laundry room with large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
•GAMES ROOM! With full size pool and air hockey table, table football and shuffle board.
•Free wireless Internet access (bring your laptop).
Other Details
Included in your price is Florida state taxes, all utilities and local telephone calls. There is also in the second master a jack plug just for your own laptop computer. All linens are included but we ask that the towels be kept in the home. And of course you also receive complimentary membership to the resort facilities during your stay.
