We are delighted to be able to offer you our stunning 'upmarket' 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom executive villa, with an oversized 30ft x 15ft South facing pool and spa. This villa has been built on a conservation plot, so it is not overlooked by other villas.
The villa is set on the superb tranquil Watersong Resort, with its fantastic ameneties, such as a communal pool, spa, gym, cyber cafe, mini golf, volley ball court, baseball court and a children's playground.

Our villa has an impressive 3474 sq ft of Air Conditioned living space, and is the largest style villa on the resort.
The ground floor has 2 living areas one of them housing a 50" cable TV with over 300 channels, and plenty of seating for large families. There is also 2 dining areas, both with seating for 6 people. In the kitchen there is also 4 bar stools.

On the First Floor, we have 6 ample size bedrooms, 3 of them are King size Masters all with en-suite Bathrooms/Showerrooms. The 4th bedroom is a Queen size Master, with en-suite shower room, and bedrooms 5 & 6 have twin beds and share an inter-connecting shower room.

The Gamesroom houses an 8ft. Slate Bed pool table, 7ft Air Hockey table, Fooseball and Electronic Darts.

And lets not forget that special 'little someone'. We have provided a Crib (with bedding), Stroller, High Chair, Pack n Play, baby monitor and feeding utensils, all free of charge.

The Villa has been equipped with lots of upgrades and executive features, such as Wireless Internet Access, Cable TV's in all bedrooms, Playstation 3 Console with games, DVD player with films. There is also a telephone with free local calls, and a safe has been installed for your valuables free of charge.
