Enjoy a great Holiday near all Florida Attractions in the comfort of our 3 bedroom 2 bath luxurious pool home located in the Lindfields subdivision 3 1/2 miles from Disney.Our house is convenient and easy to find.Our house is fully equipped. It is the type of house you want to come to after a day at the parks or the Golf course.Its 1647 sq. feet of living space and is fully Air Conditioned/Heated.The Sunshine Villa is a 1 Story house and has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast corner, 2 big living rooms with cathedral ceiling and 2 sleeper sofas, king size master suite with its own bath and walk in closet, laundry room with washer and dryer, garage next door. 2 bedrooms one with a full size bed and the other 1 with 2 twin beds. The main TV is in the living room with DVD player and stereo. The other TV is in the master bedroom and is a flat screen HDTV with satelite dish. The bedroom with the full size bed has a flat screen HDTV as well with satelite dish and an x-box with over 60 games. Satellite Dish To watch the news, movies etc. There is a total of 3 TVs in the Villa. A phone is in the Villa and local calls are FREE. WIFI Internet for your laptop.
