Our Orlando Villa , is a luxurious 6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom house located in the WaterSong Resort with an over sized pool and spa, giving you that true resort feeling. Ideal for guests who are looking for something special, with a touch of luxury and elegance. The villa has been designed internally by a leading interior designer and can accommodate 14 guests with ease. There is complementary WIFI through out the house. FREE local calls are also included.

GROUND FLOOR

FAMILY ROOM
A large informal sitting area, over looking the pool, with a stunning high ceiling. The family room is open plan to the Kitchen, Nook, Dining Room and Lounge. This is the ideal area to sit relax and watch our large flat screen TV with 5.1 surround sound system, DVD, CD, Blue-ray / PS3 player and cable TV. There is also DVD’s and PS3 games for the use of our guests.

KITCHEN
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains every thing you will need for you stay from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with built in ice and chilled water dispenser along with all the other essentials such as cutlery, crockery, glassware and full set of utensils.

NOOK
Leading on from the kitchen is an informal dining / breakfast area with a table and 6 chairs. From the nook area you can exit through the patio doors onto the covered lanai and pool area.

LANAI
This oversized 10x40' area gives you the perfect protection in the summer and has 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool and a dining table and 6 chairs plus 3 additional recliners/sunbeds.

POOL
Our oversized 15x30' pool has 3 luxury sun loungers with 2 drinks tables and is complemented by the seating area with 6 chairs and a table, the perfect spot to relax and refresh yourselves after a long day in the parks. The pool area benefits from a spa set in the corner of the pool. The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children separating the pool from the decking area.

GAMES ROOM
To keep you entertained we have located a games room in the garage area. Including a slate-bed pool table, air-hockey, table football and flat screen TV with cable.

DINING ROOM
Located just off the kitchen and family room our formal dining room contains a beautiful round table with seating for 6 people andf lasy susan.

LOUNGE
Our formal lounge located next to the dining area has 1 large sofa, 2 chairs, 2 small coffee side tables and a large coffee table. This offers that ideal area to have a quiet moment to yourself or a place to escape and relax in the luxury of the surroundings.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

WC
Located off the family room with WC and basin.

MASTER BEDROOM 1

OPEN STUDY AREA
This area is located to the rear corner of the property upstairs and overlooks the living area below. There is a table and chair with a leather sofa bed which can also be used sleep an additional two people.
