Our Orlando Villa , is a luxurious 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house located in the Sandy Ridge Development with an over sized pool and spa. Ideal for guests who are looking for something special, with a touch of luxury and elegance. The villa has been designed internally by a leading interior designer and can accommodate 10 guests with ease. There is complementary WIFI through out the house. FREE local calls are also included.

GROUND FLOOR

FAMILY ROOM
A large informal sitting area, over looking the pool, with a stunning high ceiling. The family room is open plan to the Kitchen, Dining Area and Lounge. This is the ideal area to sit relax on the 2 or 3 seater leather sofa and watch our large flat screen TV with 5.1 surround sound system, DVD, CD, Blue-ray / PS3 player and cable TV. There is also DVD’s and PS3 games for the use of our guests.From the living area you can exit through the patio doors onto the covered lanai and pool area.

KITCHEN
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains every thing you will need for your stay from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with built in ice and chilled water dispenser along with all the other essentials such as cutlery, crockery, glassware and full set of utensils.

DINING AREA
Leading on from the kitchen is an informal dining / breakfast area with a table and 4 chairs.

LANAI
This area gives you the perfect protection in the summer and has a ceiling fan to keep you cool and a dining table and 6 chairs.

POOL
Our oversized 15x30' pool has 3 luxury sun loungers with 2 drinks tables and is complemented by the seating area with 6 chairs and a table, the perfect spot to relax and refresh yourselves after a long day in the parks. The pool area benefits from a spa set in the corner of the pool. The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children separating the pool from the decking area.

GAMES ROOM
To keep you entertained we have located a games room in the garage area. Including an air-hockey table, table football and electronic darts board.

FORMAL LOUNGE
Our formal lounge located at the front of the house and has a 2 seater sofa, a 3 seater sofa, 2 small coffee side tables and a large coffee table. This offers that ideal area to have a quiet moment to yourself or a place to escape and relax in the luxury of the surroundings.

DINING AREA
The dining area is located in the middle of the house and consists of a table and 6 chairs.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, located between the living area and the garage.

WC/Bathroom 3
Located off the family room with WC, basin and walk-in shower.

MASTER BEDROOM 1
A huge luxurious king size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a Ceiling Fan, LCD flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD / CD player, clock radio, bedside telephone and a large walk-in closet. The bedroom is located to the rear of the property on the ground floor with access to ensuite bathroom 1.

MASTER ENSUITE BATHROOM 1
A stunning spacious bathroom with vanity unit, large tub, walk-in shower, WC and hair dryer. This bathroom also has access from the pool area.

MASTER BEDROOM 2

BEDROOM 3
A luxurious queen size bed sets the tone for this luxurious furnished and decorated room. Our 3rd bedroom also boasts a LCD flat screen TV with cable TV, a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. This bedroom is located to the front of the house on the ground floor.

BATHROOM 3
A bathroom with vanity unit, WC and walk-in shower. This bathroom is accessible from bedroom 3 and the centre of the house (living area).

BEDROOM 4
This twin bedroom has a Simpsons theme and also boasts a flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD player.

A bathroom with vanity unit, bath and shower, WC and hair dryer shared between bedrooms 4 & 5.
