SWIMMING POOL
Our villa has a private, south-facing, swimming pool which is fully screened to keep out the bugs and let in the sun! Quality, padded pool side furniture and a covered area (lanai) make dining outside enjoyable; a nice way to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks.

The pool measures 13 ft x 24 ft and has steps leading in at both ends of the pool. Viburnum shrubs have been planted around the screen area to provide privacy.

There is the option of pool heating in the cooler months of the year. We recommend this option from November through to March.

LOUNGE
Our spacious lounge has three sofas and quality furnishings.

A 42in Plasma HDTV, VCR, with videos, PS2, Xbox 360 and DVD player will keep you entertained should you wish to relax from the fast pace of the attractions in Orlando. There is also a CD stereo complete with a selection of CD's. A ceiling fan in the lounge helps to keep you cool along with the air-conditioning.

Double alarmed patio doors from the lounge lead out to the covered lanai and pool.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer and icemaker, range, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There are ample cooking utensils should you wish to prepare a meal or take advantage of the many good quality restaurants in Kissimmee.
There is a dining table with seating for 6 plus 2 at the breakfast bar.

The double garage is accessed via the kitchen and accommodates the large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer. No need to pack lots of clothes when the laundry facilities are to hand!

MASTER BEDROOM
Our Master Bedroom is reached via the lounge and boasts a King Size sleighbed and a 26 in Cable TV.

There is plenty of drawer space with a large dresser and two nightstands with lamps and a clock radio.

Leading off the Master Bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower with double his n' hers basins and vanity units under. We have even provided a hairdryer, which saves space in your suitcase for the many items you will be purchasing at the numerous shopping malls in Florida!

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space.

Double alarmed patio doors lead out to the covered lanai and pool.

QUEEN AND TWIN BEDROOMS
The second bedroom has a Queen Size sleighbed with a closet, nightstand and clock radio along with a chest of drawers. A Cable TV/Video is also provided.

In between the second and third bedroom is located the family bathroom with overhead shower, bath and vanity sink.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds with NASCAR themed bedspreads. There is a closet, nightstand, lamp and chest of drawers. A flat screen cable TV is also provided in this bedroom.
