Our Villa is located on the exclusive 24 hr gated Solana
Resort, less than 9 miles from Walt Disney World and minutes
away from the famous Champion Gate Golf in
beautiful Davenport, Florida.

Sunnydale Villa is a luxury fully air conditioned 5 bedroom (2 kings, 2 queens,
2 sets bunk beds) all equipped with Simmons beauty rest pillow top matresses,
3 bathroom villa with a private screen enclosed south/west facing heated pool.
The Villa can accomodate 12 people with ease making it the perfect vacation
home for 2 family's to share.

This 2 story villa features a king master bedroom with ensuite on the main
floor as well as a second queen bedroom and 2nd bathroom. Master bedroom
has a 26' flat screen TV and ensuite and 2nd bathroom are equipped with plenty
of towels and blowdryers for your convenience. Main floor also features a living
room with a large sectional leather sofa which includes a pull out sleeper and two
recliners, a 42' flat screen TV, DVD, and X-Box with games. A computer area
with free internet access has also been set up, and free long distance phone
calls are available. A home security system has also been installed.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for your enjoyment with brand new microwave,
dishwasher, stove and fidge with ice maker and water dispencer. Coffee
maker, toaster, blender, dish ware, glass ware, cook ware and all cooking
utencils have been provided for your convenience. The kitchen itself has a
round ceramic top table and 4 chairs and the bar top counter features 3 bar
stools. Off the kitchen is the dining room which has a wood table and 6
chairs.

From sliding glass doors in your kitchen area you can enter your own private
heated pool with a fully screened enclosure. There is a shaded covered
lani which has a table and four chairs for those that need a break from the
sun and there are also loungers around the pool for those sun seekers.

The main level is where you will find the laundry room with a brand new washer
and gas dryer, iron and board as well as laundry basket all for your convenience.
The towels for pool use are also stored in this area. Right off the laundry room
you can access the games room which comes equipped with a full size pool
table and dart board for your use and enjoyment.

The second level of the villa includes 3 more beautifully decorated bedrooms
with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own
TV, DVD and alarm clocks for your convenience. This second level also has
a full bathroom which is equipped with plenty of towels and a hair dryer.

Solana Resort itself has a 4000 sq/ft state of the art clubhouse which includes a
large resort size pool, spa, saundry shop, games room, exercise room, computer
room as well as a sand volleyball court, putting green, childrens play area and a
recreation/soccer field. An events calender is available which includes different
activities each day at the clubhosue and pool area. Free internet is availbale for
your own personal use in the clubhouse and around the pool for those that take their
lap tops with them.
