Sunset Lakes is a quiet gated community with two lakes and is surrounded by a Conservation Area. It is ideally situated just off Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants and other facilities. Disney World main gate is just 4 miles away and other attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are within a short drive. Several high quality golf courses are minutes away. Sunset Lakes has further facilities including a communal pool and children’s play area.

The villa provides a spacious open plan living area with two large sofas, one of which converts into a queen bed. The living room overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sliding patio door providing access onto the pool deck. There is a large flat screen TV with cable including HD, HBO and Starz channels and upscaling DVD connected. We also provide a stereo CD player, a BOSE SoundDock iPod docking station and a Playstation 3 MOVE games system with controllers and games for your entertainment.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, dishwasher and many other appliances.
The dining area has an extending table and chairs seating up to 8 people. There are a further two stools which can be used at the adjacent breakfast bar.
The dining area has direct access to the lanai (shaded patio area) via sliding doors.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with wc, garden tub bath, large shower cubicle and twin vanity units. There is a walk-in wardrobe off the bathroom with electronic safe. The master bedroom also has large flat screen TV, upscaling DVD player and sliding doors onto the pool area.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, large flat screen TV and en-suite shower room/wc. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, including a Disney themed room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable channels.
The third bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and wc.

The Games Room contains a pool table & foosball/soccer, and sofas for relaxing.

Three patio doors lead directly onto the screened pool deck where you will find sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the Florida sunshine until late into the evening.
There is a shaded lanai area that has an overhead fanlight and a table and chairs for outside dining. The pool can be heated upon request during the cooler months.

This is the 4th time we stayed at Sunset Lakes. I must say that this is one of the best homes we stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the home is well furnished. Beautiful clean villa with plenty of space and amenities.The villa is ideally placed for easy access to all the theme parks. The owners were helpful and responded promptly to all our queries and we would be more than happy to recommend this property to our friends, this was our third visit to the villa and we hope to stay there again in the future.
The local shops are perfect for quick visits on the way back from the parks and major supermarkets are within a 10 minute drive. We visited several of the parks and would highly recommend Busch Gardens (about an hour away) for the fab rides and animals, this would appeal to families with teenagers whilst Magic Kingdom is a must for the little ones.

We had a wonderful time, the villa was just as described in a lovely quiet gated community only 15 minutes from Disney and five minutes from the shops and restaurants. Everything that you might need was there including strollers, a games room, pool toys and a very welcome "welcome pack". Robert from the villa management company was also very courteous and helpful. Harry provided useful local information. We hope to come back again.

This was our first time renting a home in Florida and we had a great time. The villa was clean and well maintained and a short drive to the parks and shopping. The property manager and the owner were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Flat screens TVs in each of the bedrooms, roomy living room/dining room, and kitchen that is fully equipped. The pool in the back was perfect to cool down after a long day at the parks. We look forward to staying at this villa again on our next Orlando trip.

Sunset Lakes is a prestigious gated community ideally situated for all Central Florida’s main attractions. It is a small development of detached pool homes surrounding 2 natural lakes, which attract many varieties of fish and wildlife. Relaxing in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location it is hard to imagine that you are just 4 miles from Disney. Sunset Lakes is an oasis that provides the ideal place to retreat to after a long day at the Parks. Sit around your pool and watch the passing wildlife go by or pop back between parks to freshen up ready for your next adventure

Sunset Lakes is a well-maintained community set around 2 well stocked fishing lakes and conservation areas. The larger lake provides a small fishing pier and cabana, from which to enjoy romantic sunsets and view the Disney Fireworks. There are communal facilities available for all guests, comprising of a large swimming pool with changing facilities and sunloungers plus a play area for the youngsters.The beauty of Sunset Lakes is it's peaceful and rural location, yet so close to all the amenities and attractions. The shops and restaurants of H/W 192 are only minutes away by car or an approx 30-minute walk. Disney World can be reached within 10 minutes and The Universal Parks/Sea World is a 20-minute drive and there are numerous Golf Courses close by for the golf enthusiasts. With the newly opened Champions Gate Course only a short drive away. A little further a field are the beaches – the Atlantic Coast and Kennedy Space Centre are 1 hours drive and the nearest beach resort on the Gulf Coast of Clearwater will take you 1 1/2 hours to drive. Busch Gardens at Tampa is a little nearer and usually takes 1 hour to reach.
