Welcome to our luxurious Emerald Island home, less than 1 min walk to large outdoor heated pool. We are situated approx 3 miles from Disney and ideally located to all of Orlando's top tourist attractions. We are only 2 mins from the 192 and its abundance of shops and great restaurants for you to try.

It is a 3 bedroom property with the master bedroom having ensuite facilities, hairdryer, built in closet, a tv and patio doors leading to the balcony, overlooking a spacious and quiet residential area.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a built in closet and cabinet with lots of storage space.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a built in closet and cabinet for storage space. It also shares a large bathroom, shower and toilet with bedroom 2.

Downstairs there is a light spacious living area with 2 sofa's, one being a double sofa bed and a TV with free cable. There is a large dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar to relax at.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all cutlery, utensils and cookware.

There is also a downstairs toilet and vanity area.

There is a utility room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for you to use. Linen and towels are supplied.

There is a telephone with free local calls.

It is only a 1 minute walk to the nearby large heated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, with plenty of sun beds and parasols for you to enjoy a relaxing time.

Emerald Island Resort is based on a conservation area and has beautiful surroundings. It is a gated community and has 24hr security and has lots of free amenities for its residents to enjoy. There are tennis courts, a volleyball court, internet café, a nature trail and play area.

There are 2 large heated outdoor pools each with a Jacuzzi, one being by the clubhouse and having its own Tikki bar, which serves drinks and snacks. There is a gym and for the children there is a games room and outside play area.
