Orlando Vacation Rental Villa at Aviana Resort
Our villa offers over 2000 square ft of fully air conditioned living space. Walk through the front door and get the WOW feeling as you see the wooden floors, luxurious furnishings and stylish neutral decor. There are two spacious reception rooms: a formal room with a comfortable sitting area and dining area and a family room with another sitting area and a breakfast dining area, which is open plan to the kitchen.

Our Aviana villa sleeps ten, in a master ensuite bedroom with King sized bed, a master bedroom with King sized bed, two twin rooms and a sofa bed in the formal living room. The twin bedrooms are decorated with subtle Disney themes - Finding Nemo and Winnie the Pooh. The ensuite bathroom has plenty of room, with two basins, a corner tub and separate shower and toilet rooms within.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs, with a separate utility room.

The fabulous pool has a spa, and can be heated if required. There is a child safety fence for your family’s protection. Patio furniture is provided for outdoor dining and lounging.

The garage houses a games room with air hockey table, table football and dart board. The ceiling fan keeps the room comfortable whilst you enjoy your games.

Our luxury villa has cable TV throughout with a TV in the family room and every bedroom. We offer free national phone calls. There is free secure wireless internet - just bring your laptop. We can also provide a Wii console and games. There are also board games, cards, books and a toy box to keep your family entertained.

We can offer free baby and toddler equipment, including 2 cribs, 2 bed guards, 2 high chairs, booster seat, potty, toddler step, toddler toilet seat and 2 strollers.

An oasis of swaying palms, rich green foliage and exotic flowers, Aviana Resort offers a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s exciting attractions. The community 6,500 square foot state of the art clubhouse features a cyber cafe, gathering room and fitness room. A fabulous zero entry pool is great for children and adults alike. The large pool area also has a spa and plenty of loungers. A playground and sand volleyball court are provided.

Aviana Resort is in a beautiful, quiet countryside location, yet just 10 minutes drive from Disney World. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are just a short drive away too. Just three miles from Exit 58 of the I-4.
The vacation rental villa is very close to many courses that have been designed by top PGA golfers and major title winners including Greg Norman's Championsgate 36 hole award winning golf course and the Disney golf courses. Designer outlet malls are nearby.
