Welcome to Sunny Haven our spacious Pool home situated in the tranquil community of Silver Creek. We have been visiting Florida for nearly 20 years and in that time we have visited many vacation homes, show homes and communities.

Situated in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, Sunny Haven is a spacious 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom home with a heated Pool and Spa.

Ground Floor-

ENTRANCE PORCH: with Lock Box cotaining the Door Key so no collections from hard to find Management Companies.

QUIET LOUNGE: front lounge with comfy seating and radio with CD Player, ideal for those quite moments when you might like read, have a few drinks with friends and family or perhaps just for the kids to play games.

QUEEN BEDROOM: with Wardrobe space and TV. En-suite Bathroom with Wash Basin, WC and Walk in Shower having a built in seat suitable for those who may be infirm.

The HALLWAY: there is a storage cupboard with Laundry equipment. A further Cupboard with Washing Machine and Dryer.

A large MASTER BEDROOM with plenty of space to accomodate a crib if required. (There are 2 available in the villa.) Large Walk in Wardrobe with ample hanging space and storage for Cases etc. EN-SUITE BATHROOM with walk in Shower, Corner Bath, Vanity Unit and WC. Door to Pool Deck.

FAMILY ROOM where you may relax looking over the Pool or watch a DVD on the 42" TV. We have supplied a selectoin of Board Games and DVD`s for all ages together with a number of Books and CD`s

MOVIE THEATRE: A fantastic Movie Theatre, featuring Surround Sound, Blu-Ray DVD Player, Wifi Internet Access which can be veiwed on the large screen and 6 Comfy reclining seats with cup holders.

The POOL/SPA & DECK area is enclosed in the unique Florida Netting to keep any bugs at bay and allow the Sun to work its magic all day. At 30ft. by 15ft. the Pool is larger than most and is surrounded with a large Deck area having ample seating and Loungers. For those hot Florida days there is a covered Lanai with a Ceiling Fan to help keep you cool. The Lanai is also lit for those occasions when the BBQ/SMOKER provides the evening entertainment.
The Pool and Spa are both able to be heated for the cooler months and the Heating may be switched on and paid for on site at any time so there is no need to decide until you arrive. Pool Toys may be found in the wardrobes. You will also find the Pool Table under the Lanai.

The KITCHEN is fully fitted from Dishwasher to Waste Disposal, Coffee Maker to Toaster.in fact everything you are likely to need if you choose to eat in.

The First Floor accomodation consists of another large Master Suite en-suite and 2 two Twin Bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill Bathroom.
