Community Information

The BellaVida Resort is a gated community of colorful private homes owned by individuals and designed for vacation rentals. BellaVida has its own 6700sq ft grand clubhouse and over 15 acres of lakes.The clubhouse is the largest Park Square Homes have built, having a host of features including a large zero entry pool, cyber cafe, exercise room, sand volleyball, basketball, bocce balls, children's playground, formal Italian style gardens and with amenities and theme parks catering for all on the doorstep. Guests can use all of the available resort facilities at no extra charge. 

Vacation homes in Kissimmee are the closest you can get to all the attractions, just minutes from all the major Orlando attractions. Disney World can be reached in under 10 minutes, Universal Studios and Sea World / Discovery Cove are approximately a 15 minute drive. Bella Vida is approximately five miles from Walt Disney World, and is only minutes away from other local attractions such as Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove. There are a number of local restaurants on US 192, and the Medieval Times dinner theatre is located directly in front of Bellavida.
