As the villa is our own holiday home from home we have furnished it to create a truly fabulous American atmosphere. Unlike most holiday lets which are furnished with rental in mind, we have chosen luxurious and comfortable furniture and beds to make our own and our guest’s stay in Florida as special as possible.

The villa is single storey, luxurious and spacious. Fully carpeted and air conditioned, it has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen size bed has its own luxury bathroom with shower, roman tub and double vanity unit. Two further bedrooms, one with queen size bed one, with twin beds share a second bathroom. The living accommodation provides sitting room, dining room and a very large family room, combined with a fitted kitchen and breakfast area. A separate utility room has a large washer and a tumble dryer available for guest’s use. From the utility there is access to the large double garage.

A covered “lanai” area provides shade from the sun and leads to the terrace around the 30”x15” freeform heated pool with Roman steps for easy safe access. A mesh screen structure around the pool prevents insects from coming in so you can sit out even after dark without being bitten.

The pool and garden are maintained by our British-owned management company who are also available to guests for help and advice. The villa is fully cleaned before your arrival. We provide the necessary bed linen and towels, except beach towels and the villa is fully equipped with iron, ironing board and hairdryer. In the kitchen there is a large American range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Small items such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle are all provided. Telephone is installed with free nationwide calls and a security system and smoke alarm system throughout the house are fitted for your peace of mind. Television is provided in the family room with cable HDTV,Blu-ray/DVD player and Xbox 360 game machine and in the master bedroom. Free wifi and internet access is available.
