Master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a king bed, TV, DVD, large, private bath and balcony.

2nd Guest Room

2nd floor guest room has king bed, bath, TV, and balcony.

3rd Bedroom

2nd floor kid room has a bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin up top. Also has a TV & DVD player.

Outdoor Living Areas

The large private pool(28X13) will definately be one of your favorite spots. Lighted pool at night makes fun for days and evenings. There's also a gas grill, plenty of sun chairs, pool toys, fenced yard, front and back porch, 2nd and 3rd floor decks as well. Also, pool can be heated in the cooler months. A wagon is provided for pulling kiddies or toys to the beach as well.

Parking

This new homes offers 2 nice sized, custom paved driveways. Room to park all the family with another driveway to park the RV, boat or jet-skis.

4th Guest Bedroom

2nd floor bedroom has king, a bath that can be a private bath or "community" bath just by the locking of one of the two entry doors.

5th Guest Bedroom

1st floor bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD and shared full bath which can become private by the locking of one of the doors or be a "community" by the locking off of the bedroom door.
