If you want to relax beside the pool, enjoy one (or more) of the many world renowned theme parks (Disney is less than 10 minutes drive away) travel to the Kennedy Space Centre, the Caribbean or Atlantic beaches (60 minutes drive), experience the opportunity to play one of the 30 championship golf courses to be found within 30 minutes drive or just 'shop till you drop' in one of the many shopping malls, the AYLESBURY is the villa for you!

Location The AYLESBURY is located just south of Junction 55 on the Interstate Highway 4 and within a short drive of a wide selection of local places to eat from all cultural backgrounds as well as fast food outlets.

As you open the front door you find yourself in the open plan layout which starts with the formal dining area which is laid with six place settings.

Moving through the lounge area; just right for those quiet moments to read or banter with family and friends.

You next move towards the kitchen which has all the appliances you will ever require including: large fridge freezer with ice maker; oven; hob; microwave; dishwasher; waste disposal; toaster; blender/juicer; coffee maker; kettle; etc. alongside all cutlery, china; glassware; cooking implements and linens to name but a few.

Leading off the kitchen area is the laundry room with washer dryer. An iron board and iron is also provided. Through the laundry room you reach the double sized garage with remote opening doors.

Beyond the kitchen is the family room with its comfortable sofas, T.V. and DVD you eyes are attracted to the alarmed (for your safety) patio doors and the covered lanai.

Through the patio doors is the south facing private screened swimming pool overlooking an expanse of grass. The decking that surrounds the kidney shaped swimming pool on three sides is made of a material that, despite being in the sun all day, is made of a material that will not burn your feet. Luxury poolside furniture is also provided consisting of chairs, loungers and table.

Off the lounge area is the first master queen sized en-suite bedroom. As well as a queen sized bed, a TV and telephone, you have a walk in closet.

Beyond the bedroom is the en-suite bath and shower room. A door opens direct onto the pool area.

Leading from the family room can be found the second master double queen sized en-suite bedroom. Again with a TV and walk in closet, you can again pass through the bath / shower room directly onto the pool deck area.

Access is also provided here to the two twin bedded rooms. One is decorated on a Disney Theme. The two twin rooms share a family bathroom.

All bed linens are provided along with towels etc. for use within the building at no additional charge. You may wish to bring your own towels if you are planning on visiting one of the beaches.

All rooms are fully air conditioned. or can be heated in those few cooler Floridian months. All rooms have fire alarms and there is provision of emergency lighting in case of power failure.
