This lush 4 bed 3 bathroom villa is situated in the exclusive part of Orlando, in beautiful Calaby Parc. Ideal location, just off Highway 27 and minutes away from the US 192 leading to all major bars, restaurants and theme parks. With the main Disney attractions such as Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom and others, just a 10 minute drive away there’s no excuse to not enjoy yourself. A 30 minute drive from Orlando airport and you will be ready to relax and enjoy the facilities of our villa. Take part in an adventure at Kennedy Space Centre, just an hour away. See the breathtaking views of Florida beaches within easy distance from the villa. Take a bite of American foods at Wal-Mart Supermarket just 10 minutes away. The new Publix supermarket is just 5 minutes away. Missing your weekly curry or fish and chips? Well not to worry, along with Publix there is an excellent Indian restaurant and a traditional British fish and chip shop with bar, only 5 minutes drive. For all you golf lovers there are many golf courses to enjoy, like Highlands Reserve Golf Club and the world renowned Champions Gate Golf Course which is only minutes away from the villa.
The villa is decorated to a high standard and has 4 bedrooms. Two double master bedrooms which have cable, flat screen LED TVs with DVD players separate en-suite facilities and there own access to the pool deck. The main master bedroom bathroom has double sinks and is beautifully decorated and lit so you can get ready in style. It also has a large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms both have two single beds each have a TV & DVD player, and have access to the third bathroom .
There is a bright, modern and comfortable family room with 46" flat screen cable TV, DVD player and wireless internet access which reaches out to the screened liana. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, ice making fridge/freezer, microwave, waste disposal, coffee maker and an electric kettle. All cutlery from pots and pans to plastic glasses/plates for pool side dinning. There is also a separate laundry area which houses the large washing machine, tumble drier and an ironing board.
The pool is a unique shape giving plenty of space to swim. The spa is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long tiring day at the parks. Both the pool and spa can be lit up during dark which adds a magical touch. There is a safety fence for the pool to protect children; it can be removed if not needed.

Entry in to the villa is via coded security system so you can go straight in no need to go and collect the keys although we do have management company located nearby who would be only too happy to help should you need them.
