Villa Amenities
This air conditioned property is fully furnished end equipped with all of the comforts one would expect from a luxury home. All bedrooms and main living areas have cable television and DVD facilities, with additional hi-fi system in the living area. Washer and dryer, telephone (local calls free), fridge/freezer-with ice maker, dishwasher, oven with hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker plus extensive cookware and utensils, plus linens and bath/beach towels
also provided. Pool furniture includes table & chairs plus sun-loungers for your convenience.
Local community WiFi can be accessed, but will require guests to have their own computer. Signal strength varies through the house.
Activities and Attractions
200 metres to the West of the house is a tennis court with small play and sitting area. Unfortunately the gated pool is stricly residents only.
Anna Maria Island & Longboat key beaches are a short drive from our home.
Endless shopping opportunities await you: Prime outlets malls such as Ellenton Mall just 10 minutes north or try De Soto Mall at Bradenton or St Armand’s circle both approximately 20 minutes south.
Endless day trips await you close by: such as mote aquarium’s boat trip to see manatees & dolphins. Myakka park for alligator siting: or perhaps a more relaxing trip to the theatre, or perhaps a round of golf. There are also various restaurants, parks, marinas to chose from and more!
For the theme park fan Busch Gardens is also under 1 hour away whilst Disney and Sea world are approximately 1 1/2 hours away.

Please note that this property is situated in a deed restricted community and as such we are sorry to have to exclude the following: No Camper vans/Mobile Homes. ‘Sign written’ vehicles are permitted, provided they are parked within the garage and not parked outside the villa. Guests will also be required to behave in a responsible manner towards our neighbours e.g. no loud music. ‘Excessive’ noise – ‘sufficient to cause a disturbance’ to neighbouring homes would result in a breach of our community homeowner regulations, and as such would also immediately terminate your contract with us!
