Located on the prestigious Formosa Estates of Oak Island Harbor Kissimmee, The Pearl of the Lake is a stylish and expensively furnished, 4-bedroom executive home with a 32ft pool. Tranquilly situated in a prime position midway along a beautiful and peaceful lake that attracts wildlife including cranes and herons.

Unlimited free internet access and local phone calls are provided. Cable TV is viewed through a Sony wide-screen 57" HDTV connected to a DVD and Sony surround sound reciever. The HDTV contains a memory stick slot so if you have a Sony camcorder with a memory stick you will be able to see your photographs on the television. A Sony playstation and games are also available

In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment e.g cutlery, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, blender. In the bedrooms and bathrooms are towels, and a couple of hairdryers. In the lounge there is a slection of DVD's. In the garage is his and her mountain bikes and fishing rods. For those with a baby we have a crib, high chair and stroller. The property has a security system and pool alarms on doors leading to the pool.By the poolside is a toilet, washbasin and vanity unit There is also an outdoor shower to help you to keep cool in the hot summer sunThe view from the lounge is across the pool to the lake. The lounge furniture includes a leather corner unit with reclining chairs, a fold down table, and contains a double bed.
After a day out you can come home in the evenings to enjoy an outdoor barbecue on the full range gas barbecue by the pool, or just relax and watch the beautiful Florida sunsets across the lake from the luxury of our pool-side furniture, tables and chairs. There is a downstairs toilet with a wide door that will enable wheelchair access, washbasin and vanity unit.
You have the option to listen to sound throughout the house or in specific rooms and by the pool via built-in speakers in all the major rooms and speakers at each end of the pool. The kitchen/diner leads out to the pool and contains a self-cleaning oven, built in microwave, fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser, twin sinks with disposal unit, dish-washer, and a kitchen table, chairs and bar stools.
In the morning watch the air-balloons take off and in the evening marvel at the stunning sun-sets, and from a distance you can just see the fire-works from Disney. We are only 2.5 miles from Disney and less than .5 mile from some of the best restaurants in the area (Outback, Carrabbas, Red Lobster, etc.) a wide selection of shops, a major supermarket, and a medical centre.
The separate laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The formal dining room overlooks the front garden and contains an extendable cherry wood dining table and chairs that sits eight in comfort, and a glass china cabinet with internal lights. For that special occasion enjoy five courses a la carte dining in comfort.
The downstairs master bedroom has a four poster king sized bed, and the upstairs 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed. Both are made in solid wood furniture with matching dressing tables, side tables and armoires housing 27" TV's. Both bedrooms overlook the pool and lake. The master leads out to the pool and has a separate walk in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, toilet, and his and her sinks.
The third and fourth bedrooms have Coca-Cola and Marine themes. Each room contains two single beds and 13" TV's.Upstairs is a bathroom with tub and shower with Palm Tree themes.Linens, cutlery, tea and coffee making, toaster, blender, hairdryers, a selection of DVD's are provided.The property has a security system and pool alarms on doors leading to the pool.
