Our Villa is an executive 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom pool home built in a Mediterranean style. It is the ideal home (from home) for the guest who is looking for that something extra on holiday and a little bit special. The villa is in a gated community set in a stunning natural area, surround by orange groves and 10-15 minutes from Disney World.

THE FAMILY ROOM
The informal family room is approximately 16ft by 18ft. A great area to relax on the sofa or "love" seat and watch some television on the true(1080) HD-TV or play a Blue-Ray movie on the Blue-Ray DVD player or just listen to some music using the CD player. You will find a selection of DVD's to play and books to read. The room is open plan onto the dining and kitchen areas.

KITCHEN
The Kitchen comes complete with a large pantry, an upright American style fridge/freezer/ice maker, cooker, hob, microwave oven, extractor fan with down-lighter, dishwasher, double sink including a waste disposal unit, kettle, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, blender, quality knife set and block, wine bottle opener and an can opener. We also supply a chopping/cutting boards, worktop protectors, cooking utensils, and 2 separate sets of cutlery, crockery and glasses suitable for use indoors or outside around the pool area.

DINING AREA
Located just of the kitchen and family room our formal dining area contains a large rectangular wooden dining table pre-set with dinner and silverware placements for 8 persons, it can be expanded to seat 10 people.

MASTER SUITE/BEDROOM with Full En-suite Bathroom
The Master Suite is located on the ground floor for easy access and comes with its own full en-suite bathroom with vanity unit, garden tub, shower and WC. Natural light is available from the large bay window where you will also find a chaise lounge, where you can relax and watch some television on the HD-TV or play a DVD. The Master Suite also has its own Private Court Yard. Hair Dryer and straightener included.

GAMES ROOM
The Games room comes with a 7ft+ Pool Table, Child friendly Darts Board, a Kids multi-game table (which includes pool, table tennis, football, air-hockey, three board games seven different games in total). There is a HD-TV to watch all the sport on and two bar stools and table.

POOL and SPA
The private screened pool is 26ft by 13ft with steps into the shallow end and a seating area at the deeper end. The pool is approximately 2ft 8in at the shallow end and 5ft at the deeper end. The pool and spa can also be lit up at night, and heated if required. There is a Jacuzzi/Spa connected to the pool where you can relax after a hard day shopping or going round the parks. 4 chairs and table with 2 lounges are provided. You will also find a selection of pool toys.

GUEST MASTER SUITE/BEDROOM with En-suite Bathroom
The Guest Master Suite is located on the first floor and comes with its own en-suite bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.
Natural light is available from the large bay window, where you will find a reading chair and foot stool. The suite has its own HD-TV. Hair Dryer and straightener included.

BEDROOM 3
This double sized bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen bed. You can rest or watch the HD-TV/DVD from the Wicker Rocking Chair. Hair Dryer and straightener included.

BEDROOM 4
This Sports themed Twin bedroom is located on the first floor and comes with two twin beds.
The room also has bean bags to sit on and a HD-TV with a PS2 console. A selection of PS2 games are provided.

BEDROOM 5
This Flower themed Twin bedroom is located on the first floor and comes with two twin beds.
The room also has bean bags to sit on and a HD-TV with a PS2 console. A selection of PS2 games are provided.

FAMILY BATHROOM
The family bathroom is located on the first floor, it has a bath with a fitted shower and curtain, a single hand wash basin incorporated within a fully fitted vanity unit. There is a toilet fitted between the bath and the hand wash basin.

ALL BEDROOMS
All Bedrooms come with a large walk-in wardrobe/storage space, HD-TV and lots of draw space. The TWIN Bedrooms also have PS2 Consoles.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

There is a generous supply of complimentary towels and beach towels. All towels and linens are supplied (except for the Baby cot).
We can also supply a Baby chair and cot.
