The home we stayed at was wonderful once again. Our family has rented a house in Emerald Island on at least 6 occasions. We love that it's close to the amusement parks, grocery stores, and places to eat. The pool, jacuzzi, game room, video games etc keep the kids busy so the adults can also relax. The Emerald Island staff are EXCELLENT...from John and Wayne (homeowners), to the managment company, security staff, and Emerald Island office staff. I would certainly recommend Emerald Island...and the cost is VERY reasonable. It's an exceptional deal for everything you receive. We will definatley be returning...See you next year.

Just spent 2 wonderful weeks with my family on Sunrise Key, part of the Emerald Island Resort gated complex.I can only say good things about the Villa.Excellent location, great amenities etc. Would recommend this resort and company to freinds and family.We had no problems at all.

We stayed at this villa between 28th Sept 08-12th Oct 08. This was our first time at Emerald Island and we can honestly say we will be back, we had a fantastic time. The villa is in an ideal location close to the Disney parks and close to I4 with Universal about 20 minutes away, there are also lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by on 192. The villa itself was clean and tidy with everything you'd need and more.
Emerald Island itself was perfect, clean and lovely and peaceful, the security on the gate were friendly and very helpful as were the staff in the clubhouse.
Thanks for a great holiday and we will be booking again soon.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the above villa. I would like to thank you for a wonderful holiday; the villa was absolutely fantastic and we did indeed see the firework display at Disneyworld whilst sitting by the pool. Will definitely be back.

what a brill villa & location!!. we would definatly recommend this to anyone. the villa is extremly spacious and kept in very good clean condition and is so close to the resturants and shops on the 192. we are hoping to return to this villa in the near future. we have staed in a villa before but it didnt compare to this one regarding the location as it was a bit out of the way. the emerald island resort is a lovely tranquil place & the staff thee are so friendly & helpful, so if youre thinking of going in a villa choose this one.

Just wanted to send a short email to thank you for sorting out the confusion for me on my dates for the above villa.
I must say I very much appreciated the personal touch of the telephone call back to me yesterday advising me that the mix up had been sorted out, of which I was grateful.
Whilst writing I would like to thank you all for the personal touch and the professionalism you have given me.
I very much look forward to renting the above villa through yourselves and as I told Wayne during our initial telephone call that my husband and I, when we retire in a couple of years, will be wishing to rent a villa for about 3-4 months a year in Florida. We've only been home two days and can't wait to get back.The best holiday ever, we went as a party of 30.Our accomodation was immaculate and having the facilties of the games room when we were exhausted after doing all the parks in seven days was a god send.The location of emerald isle is so close to disney and the other parks that it is literally only five minutes away. It's also true that you can watch the fireworks from your pool as we did!! Would recommend this location 100% the best holiday ever. Can't wait to book again and will definately return to Emerald Isle.

Last minute booking with the help and reccommendation of Wayne... On arrival the villa was immaculate, well presented and spotless. Holidaying with a family you just can't go wrong... all facilities of home, seperate bedrooms for the kids, plenty of toys to keep them occupied when they wake early, your own pool and spa... and all the theme parks next door... Book -you won't be sorry!

Our stay at this villa was a great experience. The people at the club house were pleasant and very helpful,and the people at the the gate wer also. They all aswered any questions we had. We really enjoyed having our own place to come home to and relax after a busy day. The weather the first week was good, but the next week it was alot cooler. the hot tub came in handy during the cooler week. I would recommend this villa to anyone. This was alot nicer than staying at a hotel or at Disney. This was so close and very convenient to all attraction,restaurants,golf, and shopping. They had alot of info at the club about things that were going on around the area. It was a great experience. Thanks again!!

lovely villa, had a great time would recommend the villa. The games room was a great idea, for the days when you are exhausted after the theme parks and you just want to spend a day staying in with the family. Pool heat was great in November. Even had a raccoon call and see us each nite!!

We visited Emerald Island Resort in February 2006, we loved the community and the villa, we will never rent anything else apart from a villa again when visiting Disney. The kids loved the pool even though the weather was cold they still went in, the adults loved the convenience of having seperate rooms and laundry and activities for the kids, it was like a home away from home. Hotel life is not for us!!! This is definitely the way to go!!! A great experience had by all!!! Everything was clean, and well managed! thanks to John for his dedication and commitment when dealing with our reservation.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY DESPITE HURRICANE WILMA!! - SUPERB VILLA, WE HAD 2 17YR OLD GIRLS IN OUR PARTY SO THE EXTRA BATHROOM WAS AN ABSOLUTE NECESSITY!!!! RESORT WAS BRILLIANT - NEAR ENOUGH TO DISNEY BUT FAR ENOUGH FROM THE 192 TO AVOID TRAFFIC NOISE ETC - CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN AND MANY THANKS TO WAYNE WHO GAVE US INVALUABLE HELP AND ADVICE RE FLIGHTS ETC

Recently returned from a superb vacation at the Emerald Island Resort (June 2005). Facilities in the Villa are 1st class, you want for nothing. For families there is also the added security of alarmed doors leading to the pool area which has a safety fence. Would definitely recommend a stay at this resort.
