WELCOME to OUR DISNEY VILLA!

Our Villa was built in 2005 and we have renovated it just this year in 2010. It is ideally located within 10-12 mins of ALL DISNEY attractions. IF you are here for golf, we are situated within a 15 minute drive of several (20+) top ranked courses, so you can concentrate on your drive and not the drive. (a set of TAYLOR MADE RH clubs and bag are included for the length of your stay) The Villa is in a gated cul-de-sac and is very private, quiet and safe. You will be issued your PIN CODE for the front door and you will not need to worry about losing keys. The PIN is reset after every guest so that no two guests will ever have the same code.

We have made every effort to make our Villa as luxurious and as comfortable as possible for your time away from home. Our Villa is a 5 bedroom , 3 bath pool home. It offers an excellent floor plan with 2 master bedrooms that have their own ensuites. Both mattresses are premium quality king size pillowtops with a minimum of 400 threadcount sheets for your sleeping comfort. This feature makes it ideal for two families. Each bedroom is equipped with their very own LCD TV and the 3 remaining theme bedrooms are outfitted with XBOX and dozens of games.

Our Great room has a new 42" LCD screen with DVD/cable hook up for some downtime after a busy day. The kitchen is completely outfitted for the chef in your family. Your group can all have a sit down dinner at the 8 person pub style table. During the day, the inground heated (optional) pool is great to relax or have fun* Note if you are coming from outside North America please remember to bring your own adapter for your personal electronic devices

LUXURY VILLA is located in a gated community situated on HWY 27 only 1min off I4. opposite the shopping at posner park Great Location Up And Down The I4 Our villa consists of 5 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS and totals approximately 2300sq/ft of living space. Situated in a gated cul-de-sac, the street is very quiet and completely safe . The villa consists of: 1 KING SIZE bed/1QUEEN SIZE bed with en-suites, 3 TWIN BEDROOMS. ** All bedrooms have LCD TV'S **. LIVING ROOM : large 42" Flat screen LCD TV, dvd, * FREE BROADBAND WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS ** just bring your lap top * The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need. A separate utility room with washer, dryer. POOL AREA: is completely private and quiet for a nice day of suntanning.
PRIVATE inground heated pool (pool heat is optional and is recommended in winter months). The screened in Lanau is great for enjoying your evenings outside. No rear neighbors for added privacy.

MASTER BED #1 you will enjoy the private ensuite that features a tub for soaking as well as a seperate shower. The bedding is upgraded with pillowtop mattress and premium 600 threadcount sheets.

MASTERBEDROOM #2 is a GREAT feature of this home and makes it very comfortable for a 2 family vacation. This bedroom offers the same upgraded quality as Master 1 and also features its own private ensuite.

Sunset Ridge is a gated community situated within a fragrant Orange Grove just off junction 55 of the I 4 on US highway 27. For those of you familiar with Orlando, you will know that both the I4 and US27 will get you to Disney World in approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
