LadysVilla, our home in the Sun. A 4 bed 2 bath pool villa with games room overlooking a lovely lake.
Master suite:
comprising. King size bed, bed side tables with touch sensitive bedside lamps and a digital radio alarm clock. Chest of drawers, Cable TV in a cabinet with more drawer space and a ceiling fan. A walk in closet with hanging space.An en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, garden tub, separate shower cubicle, hair dryer. Separate toilet room with further storage.
Queen bedroom:
comprising. Queen size bed, bed side tables with touch sensitive bedside lamps, a digital radio alarm clock and a ceiling fan. Chest of drawers, Cable TV and a full size hanging closet.
Twin bedroom 1:
comprising. 2 twin size beds, bed side table with touch sensitive bedside lamp, a digital radio alarm clock and a ceiling fan. Chest of drawers, Cable TV and a full size hanging closet.

with all cooking utensils, full oven, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, plastic plates and glasses for outside use.
Dining table and 4 chairs with overhead lighting. Computer closet provided with free high speed internet access. Telephone giving free local and national US telephone calls.
Rear Living area:
lounge, overlooking the pool deck and lake, comprising, 3 and 2 seater sofas coffee and occasional tables with table lamps one fitted with dusk to dawn lamp, ceiling fan, cable TV, radio/CD player and bookcase, if you start a book but cannot finish it in time please take the book with you but leave a similar book in its place.
Games Room:
with pool table, air hockey & table football.
Caged pool deck:
private pool (heating available at extra charge) with parasol and deck furniture. The pool cage has recently had the lower side screens replaced with Florida glass (opaque material) giving added privacy.

Local Area:
The Orlando area is mostly known for its theme parks. There is however so much more to do nearby such as eco tours and horseriding at Florida Eco Safaris or Horseworld, airboat tours at Boggy Creek Airboats East , local wildlife at Gatorland, historic aircraft at Fantasy of Flight or Warbird Adventures, Space travel Kennedy Space Centre and Nasa Launch Schedule
There are numerous opportunities for shopping in the area, many Walmart Supercentres can be found nearby. There are a number of shopping Malls in the area giving either great bargains and/or quality goods. Some of these are listed below:

Prime Outlets 16 miles
The Mall at Millenia 12 miles
You may also like to visit St Cloud (6 miles), Celebration (11 miles), Old Kissimmee (9 miles), Cocoa Beach (45 miles) and Daytona Beach (65 miles).
Sites of historic interest: Kissimmee pioneer village (7 miles), St Cloud Heritage museum (6 miles).
Within a short distance of the Villa you will find:
Publix Supermarket – Simpson Road
Drive off the estate and turn left onto Lakeside, at the junction of Lakeside and Boggy Creek Road. Turn right and travel half a mile to the traffic lights. Turn left and Publix is 100 yards down on the right.
Flea Market – St Cloud – Friday to Sunday
Travel as if going to Publix, but go straight ahead at the last traffic lights onto Simpson Road. Continue past the ‘corrections facility’ (prison) to the next set of traffic lights and turn left onthe 192 - the flea market is on the left after going under the Florida Turnpike – about 3 miles.
Aldi, WalMart & Home Depot – St Cloud – 24 hrs.
Continue on past the flea market for a mile and WalMart and Home Deport are on the left.
Publix / Super Save / Dunkin Donuts etc. – Osceloa Parkway
Drive off the estate. At the next set of traffic lights (McDonalds) turn left onto Buenaventura. At the 4th set of traffic lights turn left onto Osceola Parkway.
Publix (Sabor) is on the left with Dunkin Donuts on the right at the next set of lights.
WalMart – Osceloa Parkway
Continue on past Publix / Albertsons on Osceola and WalMart is on the right after passing over the Florida Turnpike.
These locations have numerous steak houses, other diners and fast food outlets.
