There are 2 dining tables in the villa both seating a total of 12 guests and additional dining space at the kitchen breakfast bar. So no problems with morning family breakfasts, there is enough space to seat them all in one sitting! Full eat in kitchen complete with all appliances to entertain your group. Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer with icemaker, Waste disposal, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Blender, Coffee maker, all flatware, silverware, utensils and glassware is also supplied at the home

The villa has a very nice carpeted game room with pool table, play station 2 and foosball, enjoy this room free included in your rental fee.

At the rear of this luxury villa is your very own private swimming pool. The pool and deck area are fully screened in, south facing and abutting conservation land! There are ample tables, chairs and sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing to top up that Florida vacation sun tan to show off when you finally have to go home!

The King size master suite has a dresser, table, lamp, alarm clock, walk in closet, TV. The ensuite private bathroom has a large tub bath, large walk in shower, toilet and sink

The second master suite has a Queen size bed, built in closet, TV and DVD, chest of drawers, table, lamp and alarm clock. The adjoining private bathroom is equipped with bath, sink, shower and toilet.
