This great Florida villa has a total of 4 Master bedrooms 2 kids bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms! So it is the perfect homes for sharing families.
On the ground floor as you enter the villa is a quiet living room area with 2 sofas, tables and lamps.
Adjoining this area is the formal dining area.
At the rear of the villa is the large family kitchen area which has a really nice custom built tiled central breakfast bar with additional seating
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all you could possible need to cook a family meal or prepare breakfast and snacks. There is a stove, microwave, fridge, freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils and all plates, glassware and silverware are also provided.
There is a breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs overlooking the pool deck area.
Also on this level is the family room with two large sofas and chair, entertainment center with TV, DVD, VCR, stereo and a surround sound system. There is also a PS2 games console for the kids. This room has a huge vaulted ceiling and a ceiling fan for your comfort
The villa is also equipped with free wireless broadband internet connection, so bring along your laptop and keep in touch.
This large Disney area villa has twin air conditioning units to help keep the home cool during the summer months.
The downstairs master bedroom consists of a King size bed, a dressing chair, dresser, TV/DVD, ceiling fan, walk in closet, bedside tables and lamps. This bedroom has a private master bathroom with large roman tub bath, large walk in shower, sink and toilet, there is a hair dryer as well.
Also on the ground floor there is a toilet and sink.
The utility room has a full size washer and dryer and iron and ironing board.
And finally on this level there is the really cool games room for kids and adults alike to have some fun. There is a pool table, air hockey and foosball table in this room and also a table and chairs and TV
Upstairs there are 3 more master bedrooms each with a Queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fans, drawer and closet space, TV and DVD or VCR players.
Each bathroom has sink, bath, shower, toilet, hair dryer
We then have 2 further bedrooms sharing the final full bathroom with sink, bath, shower toilet and hairdryer. The first of these bedrooms has a set of bunk beds with a double bunk on the lower level, there is also drawer and closet space, TV/VCR
The second kid’s room has two twin (single) beds closet and drawer space, TV.
The upper landing area has a further comfortable sofa and desk and chair with a telephone.
The doors leading out to the pool area are fitted with child safety alarms and there is an optional safety fence around the pool to protect your children.
The oversize pool deck area has a shady lanai with loads of poolside chairs loungers and tables. The sparkling private pool and spa is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the attractions. The entire pool area is screened in for your added comfort.
