Rental conditions

The deposit is 20% down [non returnable] to hold rental with the balance 8 weeks in advance of arrival.

A breakages deposit of $300/£200 will be collected by the home managers upon arrival and held until the villa is checked through after your departure.

Pets are welcome at $100 each. $500 if NOT declared.

Rentals under 5 nights pay the cleaning fee of $95. Ask for detail.

Other amenities

Both queen beds are new pillow tops. There is a crib with full bedding plus a high chair for child use.

Our great managers are on site and will help in any way they can enabling you to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. They hold a portable DVD player for us, do ask if you would like to use but please return to them and do not leave in your hire car.......it happens! No cost. They also hire out sat nav, childs booster seat & a welcome pack.

The pool may be switched on by our management for shorter periods, minimum of 2 consequative days. $25 per day.
