no electric or gas grills or fat fryers allowed in the property and whilst internet is free it is not guaranteed if it goes down due to system errors ..there is no garage access but dedicated 2 car parking there is a games area in the family room..beds must be stripped and placed in washer prior to departure also housewares placed in dishwasher and put on
