Our 5 bedroom luxury villa is perfect for that family holiday. It has a large private, screened heated pool with Jacuzzi that gets the sun all day long, large deck with upholstered pool furniture and a fully decorated games room. The villa also has downstairs and upstairs living rooms, dining area, spacious fully equipped kitchen, utility area and 5.5 bathrooms (including en-suites). The views from the property are stunning, looking out onto a large lake and wildlife/conservation area, from the pool and first floor balcony areas ensuring absolute privacy. The Abbey at West Haven is only 10 minutes from the Disney entrance, 35 minutes from Orlando Int. airport and is situated minutes from the I-4, on the CR54 close to Champions Gate. It is a quiet and secluded gated private community of only 58 properties. East and west coast beaches are within easy reach being only about 60-90 mins away. Shops and restaurants are within 5 mins.

The Abbey at Westhaven, which is a convenient 30 minute drive from Orlando Airport, is minutes away from Highway 27 with it's new developments of shops and restaurants and Exit 58 of the I4 for that fast drive to Disney and beyond, as well as Highway 192 where there is a large selection of well established restaurants and attractions. You are only a 2-3 minute drive from Champions Gate, where you can enjoy two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, David Leadbetter's Dream Academy and superb lunches at the 19th hole. Also at Champions Gate you will find a 'Publix' Supermarket, Chinese Takeaway, Liquor Store (Off Licence) Chilis and McDonalds Restaurants.

The Gulf coast resorts, The Kennedy Space Centre, Silver Springs, Daytona Beach, Cypress Gardens and Busch Gardens are only an hour's drive away. The nearest 24hr Walmart is just a 10 minutes drive up the 27.
