Our beautiful, spacious, 5 Bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa. With extended decking area housing the pool/jacuzzi. Catching the sun from early morning until sunset. Overlooks a lake and is absolutely brilliant watching the wildlife in and around the lake.
Ideally located for easy access to major theme parks, Disneyworld is just 11 miles away.
Supermarkets, restaurants, mall, golf courses are just minutes drive away.
The villa has 2 Queen Master en-suite bedrooms.
1st Queen master has double vanity unit, roman bath rub, shower cubicle, w.c.
2nd Master en-suite bedroom has single vanity unit, shower cubicle, w.c. Further 3 bedrooms are located upstairs.
3rd Queen sized Bedroom has a walk-in closet, baby crib and travel cot.
4th bedroom has bunk beds and is ideal for the kiddies, there is a games console for their use.
5th Bedroom is twin bedded.
The upstairs bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom, which has a single vanity unit, bath, overhead shower, w.c.
Cable TV in all bedrooms.
Lounge area has 40" flat screen cable TV/DVD/VCR, two sofas and leads onto the swimming pool/jacuzzi area, which has extended decking allowing you to position sun loungers, tables and chairs in various positions.
The lake view is brilliant, great watching the wildlife. There are turtles in the lake that just love to be fed.
Kitchen is fully fitted with friidge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, crockery, etc.
Breakfast nook with seating for 4.
