Welcome to our recently purchased and newly updated home,The layout of the villa has comfortable and homely feel, which is furnished to a high standard.
The has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 2 masters with en-suite, the third bathroom serves the 2 twin bedded rooms themed with Tinkerbell and racing cars,(we do have plan bedding if preferred).Plus with comfortable mattresses is a must.
The lounge area has plenty of seating, plus a 46 inch flat screen TV,and Wifi inter-net.
There is a kitchen nook with table and chairs seating for four, plus a formal dinning room seating for eight.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with new and quality accessories,our villa is a luxury home not just a rental.
We have quality bed linen and towels provided, plus towels for pool use.
Hair Dryers supplied one in each en-suite.
We have a separate utility room with washer and dryer, ironing table and iron.
Plus a games room with a good size pool table, air hockey,all good quality and new, also bar table and stools.
The villa is provided with everything you will need for a happy vacation.

We have a very good management company providing many extra items for rental, even Christmas decorations.

The Abbey at Westhaven, which is a convenient 30 minute drive from Orlando Airport, is minutes away from Highway 27 with it's new developments of shops and restaurants and Exit 58 of the I4 for that fast drive to Disney and beyond, as well as Highway 192 where there is a large selection of well established restaurants and attractions. You are only a 2-3 minute drive from Champions Gate, where you can enjoy two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, David Leadbetter's Dream Academy and superb lunches at the 19th hole. Also at Champions Gate you will find a 'Publix' Supermarket, Chinese Takeaway, Liquor Store (Off Licence) Chilis and McDonalds Restaurants.

The Gulf coast resorts, The Kennedy Space Centre, Silver Springs, Daytona Beach, Cypress Gardens and Busch Gardens are only an hour's drive away. The nearest 24hr Walmart is just a 10 minutes drive up the 27. A further 8 amazing golf courses are all within a few minutes drive. on Abbey at Westhaven each home is positioned on a single road laid out in such a way that no home backs onto any others, giving maximum privacy to the pool deck. The rear of each home offers either a lake/conservation view or a view over the adjacent managed orange groves. he Abbey offers a range of recreational activities. All attractions are easily accessed and the Disney gates are just 10 minutes away. Orlando airport is about 40 minutes drive.
