Our Luxury villa is a very spacious detached single storey property situated on the quiet residential development of Clear Creek.

This Luxury Villa has everything you will ever need and beautifully furnished throughout. Fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened swimming pool not overlooked with table chairs & comfortable sun loungers

There are 3 bedrooms:
The master bedroom which overlooks the pool area has a queen-sized bed, dressing table with mirror, bedside tables & lamps, large walk in wardrobe, en suite facilities walk in shower with twin seats his & hers washbasins, cable tv vcr & clock radio.

Bedroom 2 overlooking the pool area has a double bed with en suite pool bathroom, (toilet washbasin and vanity unit) large wardrobe bedside tables & lamp.

Bedroom 3 has 2 full size bunk beds, (sleeps 4) large wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers, clock radio/cd player.PS2 + variety of games.

Family bathroom bathtub with overhead shower, toilet & washbasin.

We also provide a high chair, crib, stroller, baby monitor, toilet seat & step also night lights, at no extra cost, free use of safe, hairdryer provided, all bed linen & towels provided.

Large Family Room

The villa has a large family room with patio doors overlooking the pool area, with new leather sofas, tables & lamps, cable TV, Computer with wireless Internet, (msn so the kids can talk to their friends back home) Ipod docking station, video, dvd,(selection of films)and cd player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer/ice maker, cooker, microwave, toaster, juicer dishwasher etc, utility room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board .A telephone is installed in the villa and can be used to make local calls free of charge and can also be used for other calls using a phone card.

Games room with pool table, table tennis and darts board.

Disney character costumes available for our younger guests to dress up in.

Our villa is conveniently located at Clear Creek, a residential development just off US192 and US27, 15 minutes from World Drive leading to Walt Disney World. All the attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are within easy reach. The beaches on the Atlantic coast along with Kennedy Space Center are only about an hour's drive away. Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast resorts of Clearwater and St Petersburg can be reached in less than 90 minutes
