Our villa is on the Hampton Lakes Community which has a swimming pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts for your free use. It has 4 spacious bedrooms and can sleep 8 - 10 people comfortably.

THE MASTER BEDROOM overlooks the pool and has A NEWLY REFURBISHED CONTEMPORARY EN-SUITE BATHROOM, a king size bed, 32" HD plasma cable tv and large walk in wardrobe.

BEDROOM TWO has a queen size bed with large built in wardrobe,cable tv and shares the second bathroom with bedrooms 3 & 4.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds in each along with large built in wardrobes.
The 1st twin is a Betty Boop Theme room with cable tv & and bedroom 4 is a Toy Story theme with PS2.

THE SECOND BATHROOM has a bath shower and wc.

THE FORMAL LOUNGE has 2 comfortable sofas and a dining table for 8 people.

THE FAMILY ROOM has a sofa and a sofa bed, 42" HD Plasma Cable TV and dvd player, this room leads to the pool area via patio doors, it is also connected to the kitchen which has been refurbished in December 2008.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped and newly refurbished, with brand new American fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and enough crockery and cooking utensils for more than 10 people. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar.

THE UTILITY ROOM houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board, hoover etc.

GAMES ROOM, with pool table, foosball table, electrnic basketball and electronic darts.

THE POOL has been relined in December 2008, can be heated, has a pool blanket for the winter months and is floodlit. The deck is large and also floodlit, we have new patio furniture and loungers and have just put up a privacy fence. We also have a large gas BBQ for your use.

THE VILLA is fully air conditioned and has central heating. The pool is floodlit and can be heated at an additional cost (£9 per day, only needed in winter months)and has a pool blanket. There is also a £30 cleaning charge on bookings under 7 nights. There is a large gas BBQ for your use.

This fantastic villa is situated very close to all the attractions, Disney is 10 mins. away, Universal 20mins. We have a Publix supermarket and Applebees Restaurant across the road along with the highly renowned Highlands Reserve Golf Course. There are many more courses within a short drive. Champions Gate only 10 mins.
