This Villa is a 7 Bedroom, 4-1/2 Bath 5-Star Villa within 9 miles of Disney World.

The homesite is situated at Glenbrook Resort, Clermont. It is less than a 1-minute walk to the main club house that houses a Game Room, Computer Room, Fully Equipped Gym, Wi-Fi wireless computer capable lounge area and a Huge Community Pool and play area and tennis court.

This magnificent home has 1 King Master Bedroom suite with a huge bath including a 2-person Jacuzzi Tub and separate oversized shower. There are 2 additional King Bedroom Suites, each with their own separate Bath. There are 2 queen bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms share a common bath. The King and queen beds have wall mounted 20" flat-screen TV's.

The Family Room includes a 42" TV entertainment center with surround sound.

The fully equipped kitchen includes Corian Counters with Roman Ogee edges, oversized refrigerator, glass top cooking surface, oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All the necessary items to allow you to cook gourmet meals or just heat up some snacks are provided. The kitchen breakfast nook provides casual dining while the beautiful Dining Room allows for a more formal or larger setting. The Living Room adds another intimate or casual gathering area. Separately controlled speakers allow for easy listening throughout the first level, the loft and the pool area.

And what an amazing pool it is. The 10' x 40' covered Lanai area with outdoor fans, allows full protection from the sun or elements while you relax on lounge chairs or have a relaxing meal. The 30' x 40' deck is fully enclosed with screening. The 16' x 32', built in, heated, tiled pool and separately heated Hot Tub can provide you with fun-in-the-sun swimming or intimate private time at night.

The 400 square foot game room provides everyone with a place to have fun, relax.

There is a separate laundry room with an oversized washer and dryer so you really don't have to over pack.
