Our home is a fabulous 6-bed bedroom (2 x King bed ensuites) 4 bathroom villa in Windsor Hills Resort i.e. the most exclusive holiday resort in Kissimmee!

The luxurious 6-bed bedroom (2 x King with ensuites) 4 bathroom villa which sleeps 12 people comfortably (no sofa beds!).

Each room has been professionally decorated with quality furnishings to give each room its own distinctive and individual character.

The whole villa is air/heat conditioned for year round comfort with additional ceiling fans also located in each room.

Its’ two separate living areas include a relaxing lounge and an informal family room.

There is also an oak 8-seat dining area and separate 4-seat breakfast area – ideal for larger groups or 2 families sharing.

It also has a fully equipped games room (complete with its own solid oak 8ft pool table with slate base!)

Outside, the extended west-facing pool, spa and deck offers all day sunshine for sunlovers, and important welcome shade for the little ones; it’s the perfect place for casual entertaining and alfresco poolside living.

6-BEDROOMS (2 ENSUITE)
Master bedroom suite 1 - king-size 4 poster bed, cable TV, walk-in-closets and ample drawer space; spacious ensuite bathroom complete with roman bath, walk-in-shower and his 'n' hers vanity units.

Master bedroom suite 2 - king bed, cable TV, built-in-wardrobes, drawer space; ensuite facilities of bath, shower and vanity unit.

Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 - all twin-bedded and are self-contained on the 2nd floor. Beautifully themed they will suit youngsters, teenagers and adults alike. All rooms have separate built-in-wardrobes, ample drawer space and TVs.

Bedroom 6 - has been designed to act as a separate suite (i.e. has its own adjoining private bathroom) on the ground floor. It's ideal for elderly relatives or those wishing to be near the pool or in a quieter zone of the villa.

FAMILY ROOM
Complete with 50" cable TV, phone (free local calls), free high speed internet access, video, sound system, PS II, and large leather comfortable sofas.
Elegant Dining Area – seats 8-10 guests comfortably around a large oak table; it’s ideal for family gatherings and absolutely perfect for special occasions!

KITCHEN
Fully equipped and incorporates a spacious dining nook and has every modern utility imaginable, including self-cleaning range (cooker), microwave, fridge-freezer with icemaker and dishwasher. A walk-in-pantry provides additional food storage area, and a separate laundry room houses the automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

LOUNGE
Two large very comfortable sofas, coffee table and ambient lighting. This area provides a quieter zone within the villa; sometimes much needed after a long day at the theme parks, and is also ideal for family games.

GAMES ROOM
A games haven for all! The 8ft oak pool table, table tennis, darts, PS2 and table soccer provide additional entertainment for all!

HEATED POOL AND SPA
Outside there is a beautifully shaped west-facing facing pool and spa which can both be illuminated at night for relaxing evening swims. Loungers on the sundeck will enable sun lovers to sunbathe, whilst the large extended lanai (porch), complete with additional dining furniture and easy chairs, provides shade for those who prefer. The whole area is enclosed by a fine mesh screen to enable you to enjoy entertaining and the pool late into the evening without having to worry about flying insects.

The garden is fully irrigated with lawns and landscaping on all sides.

EXTRAS INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE
Wireless internet, national and interntional phone calls, various children's videos and board games, high chair, crib, stroller, hair-dryer, towels and bed linen (excluding beach towels and cot linen).

Rackets/balls/cues for all facilities at the clubhouse are also free of charge.
