This 6 bedroom luxury villa in Avianas exclusive private and gated community just 25-30 minutes from Orlando International airport and within 10 miles of Walt Disney World entrance thats just 10 minutes away.

Our beautifully decorated 2800 sqft villa is fully equipped to make your Florida vacation enjoyable. The villa sleeps up to 14 people and has two master kings with en suites, with private full bathroom and 32"flat screen T.V, four double bedrooms, two with queens and two with two singles in each. All include cable TV. We also provide a travel cot / playpen for little ones. As well as two en suites there are a total of 4.5 bathrooms. The villa is air conditoned and has ceiling fans in both masters living area and games room.

Our large kitchen is equipped with everything you need from making a snack to preparing an entire family meal, with formal and informal dining areas. For relaxing days or evenings we have two living / family areas with 42" TV and dvd player.We also have a separate X box room with sofa as well as our garage games room with table tennis, pool, T.V, sofa and stall seating area. The villa also offers free Wi Fi. local and international calls for your convenience.

With your beautiful south facing swimming pool and spa you will be able to enjoy the sunshine all day long, with conservation and lake views and no rear neighbors. If you want to relax in the shade the pool area has a covered lanai over its oversized deck area with loungers, and patio table and chairs,and is fully screened. The pool has a removable safety fence for added safety for children.

This home is ideal for larger families or families vacationing together as it offers sleeping accomadation for up to 14 guests and offers plenty for everyone let alone all the park attractions Florida has to offer.

Whilst staying in the Aviana community there are many free amenities to take advantage of. There is a large clubhouse including a large swimming pool starting from 0" for little ones, Spa, Fitness centre, Business centre, Sand volleyball, Children s playground, Putting green and picnic area. Aviana also has several paths for enjoying short walks around the resort alongside fishing lakes, with wildlife including birds.

For golf lovers 5 minutes away is Providence 18 hole golf club and only 10 minutes away is Champions Gate golf resort, a nationally acclaimed golf facility for world class golf with 36 holes.

Having had many fantastic and enjoyable holidays of our own at our villa we are sure you too will have a brilliant stay with all the villa and Florida has to offer, and have lots of amazing memories to share and look back on. This villa has never been available to rent until recently, only since November 2010.
