Our villa has 5 large bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite master bedrooms, both with pool access making it the ideal choice for 2 families.

LIVING AREA

On entering the villa you will be greated by spacious, open plan living accommodation. On the left you will find the kitchen which is well equipped with everything we think you will need to make your stay comfortable, this includes cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle to name but a few, nearly forgot, off course there is the essentail corkscrew.

Located next to the kitchen is the breakfast nook which has seating for 4 along with the 2 barstools situated in the kitchen. Opposite the kitchen is the more formal dining area with seating for six people.

On entering the great room, you will find a comfortable seating area, a full entertainment center with cable TV and DVD/VCR combo. There is also a pull-out queen size sofa bed.

BEDROOMS

The Master Bedroom accommodates a King size bed and a TV/DVD. The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk in corner shower, bathtub, twin vanity sinks and has direct access to the pool. Leading from the en-suite there is a large walk in closet with a security safe.

The second Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, TV/DVD, plenty of storage space, its own en-suite bathroom again with direct access to the pool.

The Third and Fourth bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom, containg a bath, with shower over and hand basin. Bedroom Three has a full size bed with a TV/VCR. Bedroom four sleeps 3 with a single over full bunk bed and has a TV/DVD. Both these bedrooms again have plenty of storage space.

The fifth bedroom is situated at the front of the house with a full size bed, TV/DVD and built in waredrobes. Althougth not en-suite, bathroom four is ideally placed for this bedroom.

POOL AREA

The pool is an extra large 30x15ft, south facing pool, and has a hot bubbling spa which is a lovely place in which to relax after a long day in the parks. The screen covering the pool ensures a bug free environment. Southern Serenity is at the end of a loop so is not overlooked around the pool area (see gallery)

GAMES ROOM

The double garage makes a superb games room and has a fabulous pool table and air hockey table.

UTILITY ROOM

The utiliy room is a seperate room located off the main hall, containing, washer, dryer. ironing board and iron and a vacuum cleaner.

The road names on Orange Tree are taken from either Tree's, Flowers or Birds you may see during your holiday in Orlando, Florida, our villas are located on Heron Hill Street, Osprey Hill Street, Ibis Hill Street, Samosa Hill Circle, Egret Hill Street, Magnolia Hill Street and Robin Hill Loop. This fabulous community has its own five acre manicured grounds which include tennis courts, soccer pitch, basketball court and a super childrens' playground (Tot Lot). The whole area is surrounded by scented orange groves. The homes have all been constructed by the award winning builders Greater Homes, renowned for their excellent build quality. All homes stand on larger than average plots. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes drive away with a brand new Wal-Mart Superstore less than three minutes down the road. The community is very close to Lake Louisa State Park, a beautiful and really unique area within Central Florida.
