The Sanctuary villa is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom with its own pool and spa. The villa is fully air conditioning also has cable TV, DVD player, Wii Console, Telephone and free wireless internet in the family room and all bedroom have own cable TV. This makes it a real home from home.

The family and master bedroom look out onto the pool. Family room has a double sofa bed. Great for two families. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and fridge freezer. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Our villa sleep’s up to 10 people. The master bedroom has en-suite, king size bed, walk-in closet, cable TV with DVD player, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The en-suite consists of large walk in shower, corner bath, his and hers hand-basins and separate toilet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, cable and DVD player with on sweet full bathroom. Third and fourth bedrooms are twin bedrooms with cable TV and one has a DVD player. They share a full bathroom which is situated between the bedrooms. For our younger guests we offer free use of a travel cot, high chair and buggy. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Patio doors lead from the master bedroom and family room to fully screened pool deck with spa and heated pool. There is a safety screen around the pool and the patio doors are alarmed so it is safe for children. There are pool loungers, table, chairs and reclining chairs on the pool deck. The pool can be heated in the cooler months (extra charge). Within West Haven complex there is a children’s play area and tennis courts.

The Sanctury is only 5 minute's drive from Interstate 4. It is a security, gated lakeside community situated within the larger complex of Westhaven surrounded by conservation and wild life area. The surrounding wetlands are home to many different birds, including ospreys, cranes, great egrets and white ibis. Located just off the I4 at junction 58 next to Championsgate with its two Greg Norman designed championship golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf academy, with a Publix supermarket, McDonalds, Subway. Walgreens pharmacy, gas station and ATM, Italian restaurant and pizzeria and a Chinese take away. Disney is 10 minutes drive away with Universal being a 25 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away with Sanford Airport, about 1 hours drive Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre on the East Coast and Springwater Beach and Tampa on the West Coast, both reachable within about an 1 hours drive.
