Located in the popular Indian Point community, it is ideally located with nearby shopping and dining, and only 10 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal etc.

The pool area is south-facing so enjoys sunshine throughout the whole day, and is fully enclosed by fencing to ensure your privacy. The large swimming pool, seperate spa and covered lanai are perfect for your stay , with a table and numerous padded chairs and loungers.

The main lounge area is furnished to a high standard, with 3 large sofas, large HDTV with extensive cable TV package, video/DVD player,HiFi with iPod charging dock etc. The place place to relax after a day at the Theme Parks.

The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridgefreezer, washer and dryer.There is also a seperate seating area with table and chairs.,

The dining area is spacious and ideal to enjoy a pleasent meal.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, cable TV and alarm clock. The patio door leads out to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, large corner bath, double vanity unit and large walk-in shower cubicle. There is also a large walk-in closet with safe.

Bedroom two also has a queen sized bed, cable TV and walk-in closet.

Bedroom three has a double bed and walk-in closet.

Bedroom four has twin beds and walk-in closet.

There is also a seperate family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit.
