THE VILLA

luxurious 5 bedroom 4 bathroom pool home. Ideal for the guests who are looking for something just that little bit special.
Luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout by an interior designer Brockville Park is licensed to sleep 12 people comfortably.

FAMILY ROOM
A large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling. The family room is open plan to the kitchen, nook and dining room. The ideal area to relax and watch our large screen TV and cinema surround sound system with cd player and cable TV. An altogether stunning room.

KITCHEN
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,freezer with built in ice-maker, telephone along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.

NOOK
Leading of from the kitchen an informal dining area with a table, 6 chairs and 2 bar stools. From the nook area you exit through patio doors which lead to the covered lanai and pool area.

DINING ROOM
Located just of the kitchen and family room our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for 6 people.

MASTER BEDROOM
A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a 36 inch TV with cable TV a DVD player and ceiling fan. We have also added a set of patio doors which lead directly from the bedroom to the pool area.
MASTER BATHROOM
A stunning spacious bathroom with vanity unit, garden tub, shower and WC.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM
Tastefully decorated with an animal theme this bedroom has twin beds a 20 inch TV with cable and a ceiling fan. Directly across from this bedroom is a bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacume cleaner, iron and ironing board.

GAMESROOM
To keep you entertained we have located a gamesroom in the garage area. Including a slate- bed pool table, air-hockey, foosball darts a TV with cable and a playstation 2.
We have also included a table and chairs with board games and puzzles etc for our younger guests.

POOL & SPA
The 12 x 6 lanai offers some welcome shade before leading you to the South facing, covered extended pool deck, here you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a cool drink by the extended 30 x 14 pool. Refresh yourself after a long day at the park in our heated Jacuzzi spa. Whatever your choice you won’t be disappointed.

MASTER BEDROOM 2
A luxurious tartan themed room with a Queen bed, 20 inch TV, cable and a ceiling fan. Leading from this room is the second master bathroom with vanity unit, bath, shower and WC.

BEDROOM 4
A tastefully decorated kids themed room with 2 sets of bunk beds, 20 inch TV, cable and a playstatio 2.

BEDROOM 5
A luxurious tropical themed room with a Queen bed, 20 inch TV, cable and ceiling fan.

BATHROOM 4
Services bedroom 4 and 5 with a vanity unit, bath, shower and WC.

All towels and linens are supplied.

A MINIMUM STAY OF TWO WEEKS IS REQUIRED DURING PEAK SEASON.

WE HAVE STAYED IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES WHILE IN ORLANDO IN THE PAST, THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST STAY. THE HOUSE WAS SPACIOUS WITH 7 ADULTS AND 4 KIDS. IT REALLY FELT LIKE A HOME, VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. THANKS FOR A GREAT VACATION WE WILL BE BOOKING WITH YOU AGAIN.

This was our second trip to Florida, 1st time round we stayed in a hotel. This villa in Emerald Island was pure luxury. We had a party of 6 adults & 6 children and there was ample room for everybody. After spending a day at the parks, the villa, the pool and games room was ideal to come back to. We would certainly recommend it to any large party and we would love to go back again.
