It is perfectly located for Disney and Universal and is ideally placed for the Orlando attractions, including Sea World. Positioned off Highway 27, it is 1 mile away from Highway 192 with all its designer outlets, restaurants & hypermarkets.

A fifty minute drive will take you to Busch Gardens in Tampa, Cypress or the Kennedy Space Centre. A day trip to the beach is within easy reach. This is the ideal home for a large family or 2 or 3 smaller families. It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday.

Our magnificent air conditioned villa is South facing so the sun is guaranteed on the pool and raised Jacuzzi. Privacy is maintained on the pool deck and creates a very special feel. For guest's additional comfort this is a non-smoking home.

Tuscan Hills is an outstanding new gated community, benefitting from a huge selection of facilities, including an impressive 2700 sq. ft. clubhouse with fitness room and gym, games room, indoor children's playroom, large lounge and covered lanai, all overlooking tennis courts, sand volley ball court, children's playground and palm garden. Our villa faces South and the pool deck looks directly out to fir and orange trees,providing seclusion and privacy.

The South facing pool deck has been extended so it is possible to soak up the sun from dawn until dusk. The pool is maintained so all you have to do is enjoy playing with the pool toys or luxuriating in the spa. Romantic lighting and submerged pool lights turns the area into an evening full of enchantment. Not only is air conditioning provided inside, ouside there is a ceiling fan under the Lanai.

Shopping - There are two Publix and one Wallmart within a mile. There are two smaller shopping centres one North and one South on Highway 27. Ladies can have their hair and nails done while the rest of the family have a drink in a local bar.

Opposite Tuscan Hills there is a larger complex complete with Publix, Bars and Restaurant. Applebees' restaurant offers exceptional value meals and two for one drinks all day, every day. Most people tell us they eat at Applebees a couple of times a week (we do).

Community Information

Tuscan Hills is a brand new development near Kissimmee that combines the timeless style and atmosphere of classic Floridian homes with the ease and sophistication of modern American living. This gated community has a large number of rental properties and would suit anyone that likes a relaxed pace of life, but with many facilities on-site, there’s everything for the more active person as well. Not only that but each property is slightly different, both inside and out, so there isn’t the generic sameness that hotels supply their guests with. This same location means that from Orlando Sanford airport it’s around an hours drive to the resort with no remote or hard to find roads; just freeway all the way.
