New for June 2011, our vacation home is a 7 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom, 3354 sqft, 2 Story Pool and Spa Home in the executive gated community of Formosa Gardens. Famous for it's large lots, this home is no different, plants and a fence keep this pool area totally private.

The pool is west facing so you get to enjoy some gorgeous Florida sunsets. There is a large in ground spa, lanai area with table and 4 chairs with umbrella. There are also 8 loungers and 2 fans.

There is also a 40" TV outside so you can enjoy watching TV from the pool after a long day at the parks. Colored light in the pool and spa which changes color.

In the Games Room there is a 42" TV with Cable and connected to a Wii with 4 controllers and 10 games. Two 24" TVs with 2 Online XBOX 360s, each with 2 controllers and 6 games. There is also a Pool Table and some free weights.

This Games Room is air conditioned and has a fan.

All the rooms in our lovely home have a fan with light which are operated by switches on the wall where you are able to operate the fan at 4 different speeds.

This home has a keypad so you are able to enter a code to gain access to the home. No need to check-in anywhere or collect a key.

The Living Area of the home includes the Living Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Area and Dining Room. You will find Disney Photos all around this home.

The Living Room has a 42" TV, Cable with DVR and DVD Player. Theatre quality Surround Sound! 3 large couches and 2 doors to the pool area.

The large Kitchen has everything you will need for your vacation. All utensils are provided. Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Kettle. You will also find 2 Bar Stools and a CD player with speakers.

The Breakfast Area has a Table and 4 Chairs, another door leading to the pool area, and the Dining Room has a Table and 6 Chairs.

Upstairs there is a computer desk so all you need to do is bring your own laptop and you have free use of our high speed wireless internet. It is conveniently located on the balcony so that you are able to watch the TV in the living room.

There is Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer.

There are 7 Bedrooms in this beautiful home - sleeps 15 + 1 Infant.

Downstairs there is a very large King Master Bedroom with Large Ensuite Bathroom. This room is so big that it has it's own separate AC control. Flower themed with photos of Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival. 42" TV, 2 closets. Pack n' play is in this room and there is also a highchair and car seat. The Bathroom has 2 sinks, large mirror with lots of light, tub, walk-in shower and separate private toilet and bidet.

Continuing downstairs there is a Queen Master Bedroom, the other side of the games room for extra privacy. 19" TV/DVD Player, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

2 more bedrooms and 1 more bathroom -

1 Bedroom has a full size bed, closet and 19" TV/DVD Player.

The other has a Bunk Bed, Full on bottom, twin on top. Very colorful room with striped bedding and spots on the walls, a fun room for your boys or girls. 19" TV/DVD Player and GameCube with 5 games.

Upstairs there are another 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.

A Queen Master Bedroom with 19" TV/DVD Player, ensuite mickey bathroom with tub and shower. PS2 with game.

An Animal Kingdom themed Queen Bedroom with 19" TV/DVD Player and Closet.

A Toy Story themed Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, 19" TV and Closet.

These last 2 rooms share the Toy Story themed Bathroom.
