Newly built villa, furnished to a high standard has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and an en suite bathroom. The second Master bedroom also has a flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed and there are two rooms with twin beds. The Family room has a flat screen TV , DVD player and CD player. There is a dining area and also a breakfast nook in the kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer.
The pool deck area has is partly covered and looks out onto a conservation area. The pool and spa can be heated in cooler months.
Disney is less than 15 minutes away and shops, banks, gas station and pharmacy are only a 2 minute drive.

The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.
