House Features:
As you enter our property you will just love the open floor plan layout and its recently painted fresh decor. It is an inviting house with everything you need; every feature of superior quality is standard.
Upgraded leather furnishings make relaxation a joy whilst regrouping with the family during your stay. Cable TV is provided with its own Community channel for the most up to date local information. FREE WIRELESS internet and FREE PHONE CALLS TO CANADA/US/ and most of EUROPE!!

Pool:
Take a dip in the optionally heated SOUTH WEST facing pool and spa, or just lay back and soak up some of the warm Florida Sun, luxury at its best. The 30x15' pool is complemented by a waterfall hot tub spa and large deck area with updated pool furniture, perfect for relaxing and soaking up that wonderful Florida sun. The pool and spa have underwater lighting for those romantic evening dips. There is a covered lanai (porch) for times when guests need a little shade and the whole area is screened to provide protection from the bugs. All doors to the pool area are alarmed for child safety….It is illegal to remove the batteries from the alarms.

Bedrooms:
Our property is furnished and equipped to a high standard. We have 4 bedrooms, including 2 Masters with en-suites which make it perfect for 2 families sharing. Both Masters have a King size bed. We only use high end linens and pillows to maintain 5* hotel quality for your comfort. The main en-suite bath and shower room are quite luxurious, with his and hers wash basins, and an oversized garden bathtub. Perfect to soak away the stress of the Theme Parks ! A separate toilet room with a door to the pool area completes this suite. The third bedroom has a Full bed and the forth bedroom has twin beds, and they share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV’s. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.

Living Space/Kitchen:
The large open plan lounge area is complete with ample comfortable sofas, cable TV, video and cd player – perfect for together time as a family. As the clock reaches the lunch or dinner hour, there is no need for the conversation to cease either; the connected dining area and spacious kitchen with breakfast bar enable you and your loved ones to keep visiting wherever you are sitting.
The kitchen is an open concept area with every appliance and gadget to make your meal preparation as easy as possible. A fully stocked kitchen with quality utinsels, pots and pans and crockery make all the difference! Plastic dishes for the pool area are supplied for your safety. We have a gas BBQ available for your use during your stay.

Laundry facilities include a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, available in a separate room off the kitchen. We have a children’s cot(playpen), walker, stroller and highchair on site.

Fully Air conditioned throughout, you`ll feel right at home in this Villa. For those wanting a game of pool, pop into the Games room and take on your opponents without even leaving the house....

We employ the services of a local top notch management company and they ensure that our home is kept clean and well maintained between guests. House Key available on site, no check in or trip to the Property Management Office required.
