Our villa overlooks the main 14 acre natural fishing lake and has 4 bedrooms and has a bed settee in the main family room, so can easily sleep 10.

We have one separate king size master suite with upgraded luxurious Jacuzzi jetted double garden bath tub, separate double shower, separate toilet with a dressing table, sink, vanity mirror, hairdryer station and fluffy towels. There is also direct patio access to the pool deck that overlooks the 14 acre lake and benefits from viewing the most fantastic morning sunrises and the antics of natural wildlife while laying in your king size bed, VERY ROMANTIC - This is what holidays are made of!

A queen bedroom with en suite of bath with shower over, sink and toilet. Two families can easily share this villa.

Two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom of bath with shower over, sink and toilet. One of the twin bedrooms is themed with Winnie the Pooh and has dressing up clothes for our younger guests (the children love this) plus a PS2 with games, DVD and video recorder and a childrens bed time story book library.

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with 70 Chanels. Also available (at your own risk) are two basic strollers, a highchair,wood crib/cot and a travel cot with crib attachment. Childs car seat, a push bike and a trike.

Within the garage there is also a Fitness Gym with flat screen TV and instructional Videos, Recumbent Bike and Rowing Machine Gym with resistance Bands, a dart board and a front loading washer and a dryer so there should be no laundry problems during your stay.

There are two separate seating areas both with leather suites. On entering the property there is a large den/billiard room with navy leather 3 and 2 seater settees. An Amoire hosting a selection of traditional family games, dvd, video and adult book library with tourist guides in English and Spanish, a wireless Internet router (bring your own laptop) plus a 7 foot pool/billiard table and a foosball table.

The Great Room has a fully fitted kitchen, brown leather 3 and 2 seater settees, a 50 inch plasma TV with over 200 channels, marble dining table with 6 chairs and four bar stools so all ten guests can eat together. Patio doors on to the pool deck which overlooks the 14 acre natural lake, it is screened on both side of our neighbours so is extremely private. The pool has a separate 24/7 spa and night time lighting, four chaise loungers, 2 Aidendeck chairs and 4 chairs and a table, separate umbrella and a sun sail shade, being south east facing it also benefits from day long sun.

We also include a portable Tom Tom Sat Nav within the villa so there may be no need to purchase one with your hire car and Free Local and Canadian telephone calls.

Nothing is left to chance, everything is provided to make sure that you have a magical vacation in the best villa on the greatest resort.
