Located in the Manors North Westridge.

This property is now in its 7th year on the rental market and has been kept to a high standard by the owners. The accommodation consists of 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite with walk in shower and patio doors to pool area. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has two single beds between bedroom 2 & 3 is the family bathroom which has bath with shower over it. All Bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

There is a large lounge with two sofas one is a sleeper and T.V. with dvd and 30 films with patio doors to pool area. The fully fitted kitchen is open plan with an eat in area next to a nice big window and door to garage where you will find all you needs to do your laundry. The pool area is south facing, screened and has two loungers also table and four chairs. The pool can be heated at an extra cost if required.

Property has just been updated with new sofas, playstation 2 with 27 games, some baby goods, new pool furniture and internet connection

Westridge is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic). The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.

The community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests. If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses. Westridge is the perfect place for golf fanatics on holiday with non-golf fans, as although Westridge, Florida is a golfing community, it is ideally situated to explore the numerous world famous attractions of Florida. Surrounding Westridge are over 20 golf courses to choose from, all offering luxury facilities and excellent club houses where you can recuperate after a testing round, or relax if you have dropped a few shots on your way round!
