Renovations were completed in July 2011 so the house is Brand New! The house is fully air conditioned and includes an open floorplan that starts with a livingroom which has a sofa that converts to a double bed. There are board games for the family and books to read at your leisure. The diningroom area seats 6 comfortably.

Walk thru an entryway into the kitchen and family room. The kitchen includes all dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee pot, tea pot, toaster, blender, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a large refrigerator. There is a separate pantry to store all your food if you want to save some money and cook at home. The kitchen table seats 4.

The family room boasts a comfortable sofa and love seat as well as a large, flat screen TV, DVD player with an assortment of DVD's for the family, cable with premium channels and a DVR and wireless internet.

Patio doors open to the screened in pool deck which includes 2 loungers as well as a table and chairs and the barbecue grill. Pool toys and floats are included. The pool is fully screened so you don't have to worry about any unwanted visitors while you relax and soak up the sun. A pool heater is available during the cooler months at a cost of $25 per day.

When you retire to get ready for your next adventure, the master suite includes a queen size bed, cable TV with premium channels, a stereo system with CD player, a walk in closet, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with hair dryer, ample counter space, large corner tub to relax in, luxurious walk-in shower and private toilet area.

There is a second en-suite master bedroom which also includes a queen size bed, cable TV with premium channels, ceiling fan, a full size tub and shower in the bathroom and a hairdryer.

Two additional bedrooms each have 2 twin beds with large closets and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a hair dryer, full size tub and shower as well as a linen closet that has towels for the entire family, extra sheets and plenty of beach towels.

The game room includes a pool table and card/game table, giving the children a separate area to play. The washer and dryer are also located in the game room.

The front of the villa has plenty of lighting to assist you when entering the front door. There is a phone available with FREE local and long distance domestic calls.

Westridge is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic). The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.

The community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests. If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses. Westridge is the perfect place for golf fanatics on holiday with non-golf fans, as although Westridge, Florida is a golfing community, it is ideally situated to explore the numerous world famous attractions of Florida. Surrounding Westridge are over 20 golf courses to choose from, all offering luxury facilities and excellent club houses where you can recuperate after a testing round, or relax if you have dropped a few shots on your way round!
